.

I have lived nearby this store since it opened and often shop for COACH products for myself and my 5 sisters at the location becasue of the convenience. HOWEVER, the past 3 Christmas' when I have stopped in to make my purchases, I have been FOLLOWED around the store by the INEXPERIENCED and UNSOPHISTICATED "sales" staff who have obviously been trained like pit bulls to watch for shoplifters. Yesterday I went in and was planning to spend about 400 dollars on gifts but could not get in and around the store because I was constantly being stopped and asked if i needed any "help". One of the sales personnel said "you look like you are thinking about something really hard" and was just about accusing me of plotting to shoplift. I had no bags only the coat on my back and my COACH wallet in my pocket so I don't see why I was being targeted, although when I looked around, I saw they were doing the same to all the customers. I remembered last year and the year before about how I walked out and went to the 5th ave location instead because of the experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE, BOYCOTT THIS DISRESPECTFUL, DISCRIMATORY, PARANOID, and BAD SERVICE. If you want to spend 200 bucks on a coin purse, you shouldn't have to be harrassed by sales people who don't know how to treat customers. The place willl be out of business soon, I'm sure others feel the same way that I do.

Pros: Convenient location

Cons: Unsophisticated, inexperienced "sales" staff who are just trained to follow people around and make sure they aren't stealing
