I was really surprised to see all the bad reviews about Infiniti of Manhattan. I bought my previous G35 from another dealer also had my car serviced at Manhattan and havent had any issues. Sure service is a bit expensive, but I much rather get treated like a human being than just another joe on the street. The manager somehow knew I was in service and asked me about leasing a new one. While my car was in service i was pretty much sold on my new car. I did put down a little more than I expected to, but I got into a newer coupe, with navigation for the same price. All in all, I had a good expierence.

Victor Noisi is abusive. He doesn't know the law either. When he cashes the final payment check, he screams for more. Then he refuses to take the lien off the title. DMV is investigating him as we speak.

worst!! They say a principal deal. Once you get to the paper work they tell you that they are all hores and the price # is not real. They up the price and try to upgrade you to a higher price. Don't bother waisting your time. Go to the Lexus dealer, They have better survice!

Fancy name, fancy car, fancy location, good coffee and that's about it. the shlubs there are morons and are obvious liars and thieves. i should have known from when i called and the receptionist sounded annoyed to be answering the phone or like she was having a bad day or life, that it was a waste of time. working in manhattan, it would have been ideal to purchase my car there as well as have it serviced there. went to ramsey and felt better about my purchase. i didnt feel like uneducated morons were trying to insult my intelligence and dig deep into my pocket. thank you ramsey. go to school manhattan.

Nice place! Great coffee bar! But when were you going to tell me about the $995 prep fee? It wasn't until we were on the home stretch and I'm about to pick up the car that they play this bush league prep fee game. My wife makes me buy the car anyway.

And when I am picking up the car, they tell me it was not prepped because they did not have the right touch up paint! They have to order it. On the way home, I realize the radio is messed up - they said it was because of the buildings in NYC, but the antenna was missing!!! Some $995 prep job!!

After a month, I called and was told by a manager, Victor Niosi, that they never ordered the paint, I should get that and the antenna by myself and he will reimburse me.

I got the paint and the antenna and sent him the big $31 in receipts 3 times. He says he sent the check, but I never got it. I keep inquiring, but he does not return my calls. Ridiculous! Over $31!!!! Imagine how quickly he would have ignored me if it was real money!

If they cannot resolve a simple problem like this on a used car, how do you think they will they treat you when you buy a new Infiniti from them. I even told them I was going to the BBB and the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs, but rather than resolve this, they would rather we fight.

Your money is good anyplace. Go somewhere where they will appreciate your business.

It started off well - nice place, gourmet coffee, nice car, fair price.......all was well and I look at the paperwork: $995 FOR PREP FEE??? They did not mention that. A really sleazy thing to do.

But the price was still good and we were there - so we bought the car! I should have known better. When I go to pick it up, it was not prepped!
They could not locate the proper color paint and had to order it.
They never call me and a month later they realize they never ordered it. They tell me to get it and I will be reimbursed. I order it online and get it quickly - something they could have done. But they never reimburse me the $18 for the paint and $13 for an antenna that was missing. I sent in the receipts to Victor Niosi, the manager, he tells me the check is in the mail but I never got it it. And now he no longer returns my phone calls.
Fortunately it was not a lot of money, but imagine if it was real money - I would have a big fight on my hands.
If they are going to treat me like junk over $31, what are they going to do if you have a big problem in your $50k Infiniti? Definitely ignore you more. I contacted the BBB and the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs - I even told them I would. If they are not going to resolve a nominal problem to keep a customer happy, they will probably not help if a big one comes along.
My money is good anywhere. I am sure you can find a better dealer who wants your business!
