Absolute Best Care was on the ball from the start. I found them to be able to understand what I needed very quickly and they sent me great nannies to meet right away! The agency was caring and understanding that, as a new parent, I was unsure of a lot of facets of hiring a nanny. ABC was patient throughout the entire search. It was a great experience and I would recommend this agency very highly.

Absolute Best Care offered us a truly professional experience in helping us find our nanny. I have tried on my own through the newspapers and my friend recommendations and to no avail. I frankly got sick of interviewing 'bodies' and trying to figure out on my own if they were really honest, real nannies. I knew it was time for some help. ABC took the lead from the get go. The first three nannies form ABC that I interviewed were clearly head and shoulders above anyone I met through my other sources. ABC told me that they meet 50 different people just to get to the three I met....and now I believe them! It was the truth, I lived it! ABC delivered on everything they said they would do and thank goodness they did. It was well worth the fee. I actually have my nanny!

I have read some of the reviews and I just completely disagree with some of the negative ones and absolutely had the same experience as some of these positive ones. ABC was 100% wonderful in communication, professionalism and overall performance. They easily helped me secure my baby nurse, who was FANTASTIC!....And I kept her for 9 months! When it was time for my nanny search, ABC was clearly proficient and proved to be the best source for me by far. All of the candidates they sent me were only professional people. It was a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend using them. There was a post on here that claimed to be from a high end family, well we are a high end family and our baby nurse couldn?t have been any better and our nanny we absolutely love!!!

We turned to ABC in a time of need for my family. The person we spoke to quicky responded to our request and sent a professional baby nurse to our house...or so we thought. The person sent had worked for this agnecy on many occasions, so we feel she is representative of this agency. Learn from our mistakes and hire another agency:

1. The baby nurse sent acted unprofessionally by contacting our regular full-time nanny (not provided by ABC) after her period of employment with us to share information she may have overheard from us - How would you like your personal information to be revealed after the employment period by an eavesdropping snoop? If you are a high-profile family like us, I wouldn't take a chance on this agency!

2. Although the agency claims they can meet your specific needs, the baby nurse sent to us was unqualified for the job. She had no clue how to do basic things as prepare the kids' food nor did she have the energy or creativity to play with them.

3. We understand that we are responsible for the baby nurse's travel costs to and from our house. We provided the agency with our credit card to coordinate and book the flight for our baby nurse; however, upon arrival, the baby nurse presented us with another bill saying that the agency had messed up--not our problem! Again, unprofessional attitudes by both the agency and the baby nurse whom they continue to employ.

Find another agency!

AWESOME! Finally an agency that gets it! We were struggling to find our nanny and Absolute Best Care made the process a breeze. They really listened to my needs and sent nannies to match what I was looking for. What impressed me was that the nannies they sent over ALL had 5 year, 6 year, 7 year jobs experiences as that was really important as we were looking for someone who was reliable with experience that didn?t jump around a lot. I have used agencies in the past and tried on my own (oiy! forget it!) I found my nanny after meeting the first 4 candidates they sent. Honestly I could have hired at least 2 of the four they sent. It was great!

ABC sent us great candidates for our open nanny position for our infant. It was a great relief to find all of the candidates they sent were extremely well vetted and all had great professional expereince. The agency arranged the interviews for us and attached resumes on each nanny. They even matched us up with candidates that didnt mind our dog! (He's big)
They were a pleasure to deal with.

Absolute Best Care is a terrific agency and we had a great experience with them. The nannies that were sent over were very well vetted and pre-screened. The agency was very professional and helped us choose the right nanny for us. The hard part was choosing between 3 candidates that we thought we are all outstanding!

We found Absolute Best Care agency truly made our search for the right nanny a lot easier than I expected. We had resumes sent to us on each candidate and they actually took the time to schedule each interview for me...and I must say I had to change the time once or twice. ABC really listened and sent over professional nannies that were great with my newborn and ALL had an impressive track record. We hired our nanny successfully through ABC and I would recommend this agency highly.

This Agency was so easy to talk to and provided us with great candidates, resumes about them and set up the appointments all for me. It was truly an all service expereince and one I would highly recommend. I fell like I would have never have met the people I did without them. We LOVE our nanny that we hired!

I would highly recommend Absolute Best Care Nanny Agency for anyone that wants to make the process of hiring their nanny easy and successful! We were looking for a qualified nanny for our family and I quickly realized interviewing 'non screened' candidates through friends and newspapers was not working. ABC was professional, caring, listened and found us nanny candidates right away and they were all the best nannies I have ever interviewed. The toughest part was selecting b/w them all! Well we did select and we love our Nanny! Thanks to Absolute Best Care.

I had a really bad experience working with this agency. The nanny candidates they sent were not qualified and not screened- they sent us nannies with fabricated references! They were very pushy about placing the nannies, and were not concerned in finding us a good nanny. It was obvious that this agency was more interested in getting paid than in placing a trustworthy person with our children.

My first experience with Absolute Best Care was with our baby nurse. She was a blessing!!! I can't say enough about her, she was an enormous help and I only wish I had booked her for a few more weeks. Within a few months, I was back on the phone to get a nanny for our daughter. Again, our experience was wonderful and the process was smooth and painless. I have raved about this agency to my friends, definitely worth the $$$!

I was hesitant to deal with a company with such a personal matter as finding a Babysitter. However, referalls from friends always ended up in disasters for our TWINS. Absolute Best Care sent me several candidates, all of whom were highly qualified. They even had individuals who specialized in multiples. (YES!!!) At first I thought the pricing was a little high, but once I used them I realized that it was well worth the money. We are considering using for a babynurse for our upcoming new arrival. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs PROFESSIONAL assistance with childcare.

Pros: Always someone to answer questions. Excellent candidates. Friendly and honest staff!

Cons: We couldn't get the same babysitter the following week. We really liked her!!!

We asked the agency to find a full time housekeeper. The agency was wrong with the age, qualification of the candidates, even with wrong dates on the CVs. Sent us 4 or 5 totally unsuitable candidates with wrong info. We find the upfront fee waste of money.

I have used all of the different agencies and Absolute Best Care was superior to all in every way. The customer service was outstanding with the the time they took to listen to my needs. They actually listened and they found me the best nanny I have ever met. I hired her on the spot! I would recommend this company to everyone who is serious about finding the best care for their children.

Be careful about putting your money down here. We paid the initial deposit, requested a nanny search, they never started it, and then refused to refund our money or - alternatively - provide us with the research they claim they had "done on our behalf." It took 7 months to resolve it through my credit card company. So not worth it.
