My teeth were in terrible shape for years. Within a few months, Dr. Kim made me two bridges and now I have a wonderful smile. He cares about his patients and explains each part of a procedure.

People compliment me on my beautiful teeth. I always recommend that they see Dr. Kim.

Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever had. I was referred to him by my roommate when I first moved to NYC a few years ago. From that day forward I have been a completely loyal patient. He always has a wonderful attitude and is very thorough with each appointment. I have had a few fillings done by him, and I must say, they were actually enjoyable- no pain at all, he told me funny stories to keep happy and to top it off the fillings are flawless and have not given me any trouble. I couldn't be more satisfied with Dr. Kim as my dentist and I refer him to all of my friends, each of which report back with very positive experiences.

My wife and I were introduced to Dr. Kim over ten years ago by a very discerning friend. -- We like Dr. Kim because he knows the right thing to do in every situation. --

He works hard to to understand his patients dental problems and concerns. - He will call you back if you call him, that is very important. -

Dr. Kim also has a photographic memory which is so important when you are taking care of a lot of teeth and mouths.

Dr. Kim is kind and he has a gentle soul.

Pros: Dr. Kim is kind and has dextrous fingers.

Cons: Dr. Kim is smart, and knows everything.

Because of dental phobia, I was affraid of dentist for a long time. When I saw Dr Kim,I am so relieved because of the fact that he is so knowlegable about whole area of dentistry. He was kind enough to explain all the detail what he was going to do and what I am expecting during procedure.There was no pain what so ever during surgery . He was so talented that he fix my smile line on the spot. I thank Dr. Kim for fixing my teeth without any pain and explain everything. Now I do not have any fear going Dentist, Dr. Kim.
That office is so clean and state of art facility. I recommended Dr Kim and his office to all of my office staffs.

I'm not sure what 101HUD is talking about, but Dr. Syngbum Kim is beyond fantastic.
Dr. Kim is the best dentist I've ever had. Pleasant, knowledgable, with a great bedside manner and a true concern for his patients' well-being.
Dr. Kim is not only great dentist but a great person too.

Having an emergency tooth removal is not fun. But, Dr. Kim's gentle and compassionate approach had taken away years of negative experiences with folks in his profession. I can trully say that my tooth removal was painless. He was also very professional and not a "hard sell" but caring/sincere type when sharing with me the things that I need to have done to secure a better set of teeth as I get older. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Kim's Dental practices.

After having several issues with my local dentist (including having to return to have a filling replaced three times and still remaining in discomfort), I decided to seek a second opinion when I was visiting NYC. Dr. Kim's office was very accomodating and fit me in on relatively short notice. In the span of a little more than two hours, he conducted the initial consultation, performed a complicated root canal, put in two temporary crowns, and replaced a filling. After over six weeks of being in discomfort, I am relieved to be pain free. Dr. Kim was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what had been causing my pain for the past several weeks which is a welcome change from my past dental experiences. The root canal itself was virtually painless (that is until the numbness wore off). I highly recommend him and will definitely be returning.

Dr. Kim is my long time dentist. I am his patient since 1989. Growing up in Croatia, dentistry was not anywhere near the US dentistry, hence my teeth were in a poor shape when I moved to NYC. So, I had extensive work done, for example a bridge that is now pushing 18 years, and when evaluated by other dentists rated as "excellent work". In addition, Dr. Kim has successfully implanted a tooth for me. An amazing thing was that since I am under his care I did not have not single additional cavity!

The office is beautifully appointed, meticulous and the staff is friendly and pleasant. The equipment Dr. Kim has on site is impressive, but more impressive is his sense of style and accuracy. He is truly a gem and I highly recommend you try his services. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Kim and his team provide the best dental service ever! For the first time in my life, I can genuinely say not only am I comfortable going to the dentist office, but I also look forward to it! I am always greeted with a smile and lots of friendliness. Dr. Kim specializes in pain management, so whether it's getting your wisdom teeth out, getting fillings, or getting a crown, he makes sure you don't feel a thing and the results are the biggest indicator of his capability, experience and professionalism. Dr. Kim and his team are always so attentive and caring, I guarantee they will make everyone's trip to the dentist 100 times better. If you're looking for a dentist in NYC, then definitely give Dr. Kim a call!

I recently moved into NYC and there are def. plenty of dentists to choose from, this is the one to go to! I was referred to go here from a friend and my visit was amazing.
The paperwork was quick and easy to fill out, the information with my insurance company was seamless.
The NYC office is very clean & has a fung-shui ambiance. The staff is very friendly. I maybe had to wait all of 5 minutes to see the Dr. The rooms are very open with windows with great views looking out to the NY Public Library & Bryant Park. All of the equipment looks new and up to date.

Plasma TV, new magazines and beverages in the waiting area.

Please read the letter I wrote to Doctor Kim and his staff after my appointment this past Friday:

I would like to thank you both for making my appointment yesterday so comfortable. I apologize for being such a difficult patient, but I assure you that it was a result of my own fears and not your phenomenal service and care. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate your patience. Doctor Kim was extremely gentle and understanding. Although the procedure was the worst I've incurred to date, seeing Doctor Kim was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. It may have been difficult to detect through my tears and convulsions, but I am truly grateful to have found your dental practice. I will see you all in
the near future, and have already referred friends, family, and coworkers to Doctor Kim.

You should definitely give this practice a try. I have finally found a dentist that I don't cringe at the thought of visiting.

I used to have sugar addiction and got lots of dental problems. So I have had many experiences with dentists, some of them, the finest of the finest in Manhattan. I have to say I'm very hapy to have found Dr. Kim. He genuinely cares about his patients and tries his best to make them happy. He is gentle with his hands and very sensitive if the patient is in pain. I have a big bridge done at his own lab. He went out of his way to accomodate how I would like for the bridge to look like. The bridge came out looking beautiful. He tries to work out schedules with me so that I don't have to take lots of time off from work. He is also very calming, always a nice trait when you come for a dentist's visit. The staff in his office is very professional and nice. And the office is elegantly decorated. A visit to Dr. Kim is not a typical dentist's visit, it's enjoyable.

I've been to so many different dentists in NYC because I wanted to get the best treatment possible. Out of 9 different dentists, I am most happy and satisfied with Dr. Syngbum Kim, who is the founder of Bryant Park Dental Associates. I had to get multiple rootcanals and crowns so I was worried .. but entire procedure during and after the treatment was absolutely painless. His great techniques made my crown looks sooo beautiful that my friends always compliment on my beautiful teeth. His bedside manner is simply wonderful, made me feel so comfortable throughout the difficult dental procedure. I went back to his office last week to get tooth cleaning, and I am so happy with the result.

The Fort Lee branch is absolutely beautiful! The decor resembles a spa, rather than a dentist's office. The friendliness and patience of the dentist and the staff also contribute to the serence atmosphere. The procedure went by smoothly and painlessly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim to other users.
