She has a broad understanding of the individual needs and is able to connect with me and convey complex terminology with ease. I always understand what she is talking about.
The owners are also fantastic. 48 hours prior to an appointment, they email a confirmation reminder, allowing for plenty of time to cancel without penalty.
I can't say enough about my experience at Chelsea movements and working with Christine. I highly recommend this to novices and experienced pilates devotees alike!
