If you're looking to actually receive the merchandise you order, RUN FAR AWAY from Trendsrus. I placed an order December 11 for my sister's Christmas present, and checked on December 21st to see the status of the order, which still said processing. So I decided to call and see when I should expect it. Spoke to the rudest person ever, who was of absolute no help, and forwarded me to the business owner's voice mail. Christmas came and went with no call back. So I call AGAIN on December 30, no answer. I leave another voice mail.

FINALLY on January 2nd the owner calls me. She's very sorry for the delay (almost a month overdue) and tells me "I'm sorry you haven't received the necklace...as I pull up your record I see the order was deliver on the 23rd but it looks like I sent it to the wrong address. I sent it to 166 instead 116 but it looks close to you..maybe you can knock on the door?" ..So now I am suppose to correct their mistake.

I demanded a full refund and have now ordered from a reliable vender and surprisingly received my order within 4 business days. This is by far the worst online retail experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. I hate that I had to give even one star. Do not let this happen to you.
