If it was just the food that was terrible then one could probably over look that when popping in for a quick bite when in a bind. The overbearing touches of the owner/manager? wholly overshadow the amiable service the cashiers/barristas attempt to project. No fewer than 5 signs remind the customers that the internet access which is advertised as free actually is only free when purchase a minimum of 5 dollars worth of products. I'd popped in after not patronizing for a while due to the almost inedible food(frozen sandwiches and stale pastries) I was immediately taken aback at all the signs referencing the internet, the sentiment behind which I agree with, the number of signs however are simply offensive. I made my purchase, plugged in my laptop and attempted to begin to work. No more than ten minutes later I was rudely interruped by the owner who patronizingly explained that though they provided free internet they did not provide the free charging of electronic devices. I tried to explain to her that she wrongly stated the internet was free I had in fact paid for it with the minimum purchase price. She responded by saying they didn't allow it. I asked how much it would be to charge my latop she said it would be 6 DOLLARS AN HOUR. And that they discouraged it. The terrible customer service, food and overbearing price gouging manager/owner? are enough for me to discourage anyone looking for a positive cafe experience to look elsewhere for it.

Pros: Location

Cons: Stale food, Terrible service, Price Gouging

Nice and fast deli for when you're on the go. Good wraps (try the Omega). Gets crowded and loud during lunch hour, but it's not one for ambience anyway. Prices are affordable and choices are plenty.
