NOTE I am forced to rate Ed's I would give zero but not available.
Today is 9 29 10. On 7 7 10 while driving my Jeep Grand C. it started slowing and banged out of drive and was grinding away. I figured out that putting it in 2nd will at least get me home...eventually to Ed's shop. I dropped the Jeep off there with a note and also called his phone with a detailed message. A week later, after many calls and no response, I went to Ed's shop, and was told my Jeep has been ready. Surprised, I questioned it further and discovered he had not listened to his message nor did he read my note. Ed, in fact, told me "I don't listen to my voice mails" He replaced the neutral safety switch.??? I explained the trouble was that as I am driving along and the vehicle banged out of drive,,,could drive it in 2nd. He said ok and 10 days (again no calls from him, or return calls I made to him) later he said he was getting to it and the transfer case was the issue. 550.00 plus dollars later I picked up the Jeep. I was told by Ed that he test drove it, "it is fine" he said. A quarter mile up the road and the same thing. I don't it in 2nd and limped it back to him. Note; I would have gone some place else by now but he has my $$. He gets to the vehicle a week and change later..no calls no response from him, and says the over drive unit is shot and the transmission needs a new cooler. Ed said "for 20bucks" I can put a new cooler in it and fix the transmission. GREAT! Another week and change, no calls nothing I go there several times and finally the Jeep is done, "tested" and everything ready to go! It went, another quarter mile down the road. Back i go....to this day I have not got my Jeep...my mode of transportation...I need. So, here we are. This passage is gospel truth...Feel free to contact me any time.
