The massages and facials are great. I usually get both whenever i get the chance to go. I'm a full time medical student, but i try to go to Perfect Spa every two weeks. It helps me relax- a great way to end a stressful week. I usually book a couple of appointments for the future. I highly recommend this Spa- at least go check it out. After fighting with your spouse, taking care of your children, or simply after a stressful day of work or school go get a massage or a facial. You really won't regret it.

Seriously the best scrubs and massages

I pass by Perfect Spa everyday before and after i go to the gym and occasionally stopped in to ask for a menu. I looked over the menu and it seemed a bit much for my budget but after working out today i tried a korean body scrub and it was excellent. It was the most refreshing thing i have ever gotten. My skin felt all new and fresh. The lady told me i was a little tense so i asked about a massage and i got a massage from Lewis and he was really good probably the best massage i've ever gotten.
Pros: Everything! haha loved it ! deserves two thumbs up
Cons: Receptionist isnt to quick haha buts its ok

NOT the perfect Spa

went once for a 10 min chair rub with sonya very good! today went to someone else Lee who had all the pictures of the clintons in the spa room...for 60 min massage. was ok but I felt only one hand on my leg and I heard what sounded like the lady checking her messages on her cell- normal, not for 85$ for 60 min! and my shoulders have red scratches from the nails on her hands but massage was decent... nice atmosphere, nice relaxing spa room.
Pros: relaxing, not the 10 min 10 dolla rub mani- pedi joint

Worst Service, Worse Massage - TERRIBLE!

I gave this place my service twice. The first time was during spa week and thought it was alright - esp. for the $50 special. Went back for Valentines day and went home crying in the cab it was so awful. First they started 30 minutes late. Then, the woman in the couples message never used lotion, and never touched the skin - instead she very lightly brushed up and down the sheet - WE PAID FOR A DEEP TISSUE! For the facials the woman kept talking - telling me to come back, spend more money for longer facials and then tried selling me all of her products. At the end of the over priced spa day they pushed four envelopes at me for tips when I had already said I was disappointed. Never ever ever waste you time or money here - this is the first bad review for a new york spa I have ever given.
Cons: Rude, over priced, noisy, and NOT always a certified massage therapist!

The best facial

I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone who wants a facial.I had an absolutely wonderful facial on Saturday. Iryna is the consummate professional. It is quite evident that Iryna is knowledge about skin care. She took the time to inquire about my skin care regiment at home and wanted to know what my goals regarding skin care were. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a skin care professional.The facial was amazing and my skin looks 10 times better after just 1 facial. There was no sales pressure at all and the entire experience was very relaxing.

it was treat for my birthday last week, and i had facial and massage.
i started with the massage first, and they took me to the facial room. the environment was really luxury, and they treated me as like as queen. lol if you wanna be a day queen, go to perfect spa, and enjoy being a queen for a day! the facialist was really professional, she knew what my skin type and what i needed after she sees my face. i was really glad b/c everybody who saw my skin type and told me the right thing i need. go now~!

Would not honor their gift certificates - Don't fall into their trap!

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and when I went to redeem it, they said that it had expired and they would not honor it. I don't know when it was puchased, and there was no indication on the card that there was any expirarion date. They said that it had expired just a few days ago. This is evidently NOT a reputable business and I encourage everyone to try any of the other thousands of spas in New york as there are many far better ones.

Their facials and massages are great. Their style is unique and its atmosphere peaceful. Every time i've gone, they were prepared to give me what i asked for. After going their for several of weeks, i began to notice that my skin continuously got better. Before coming to Perfect Spa, I had a hard time finding a spa that was able to improve my skin. My skin was a wreck and even though i went to various spas, none of them were able to do much about it. After going here my skin really looks good. i recommend this place to anyone that needs an improvement in how their skin feels and looks. My husband also comes to this spa to get weekly massages. He even comes here on his own, which is a change in his personality already. Its really great here.

When choosing a spa, look somewhere else

I will never go back! The services are great, however, the management is terrible. I made a reservation during "Spa Week" for a facial and massage. The day before my appointment I called to reschedule. The person I spoke to told me that, it was not a problem and she would change my reservation. When I got to the salon, I was told by the manager that, she had called me twice to confirm the reservation (which was a lie) and they had charged my credit card. The manager also told me that, there was no record in their computer of my phone call and the "computer is never wrong." After making me feel like a liar for about 10 minutes, the manager gave in and said, well you are a good customer so we will let you get a pedicure and facial and not charge you again. For the amount this place charges, they should be kissing your ***. There are a 1,000 spas in NY. My suggestion is to go to another one.

the best spa i've ever been to!

I've been to a few spas here in Orlando where I live, and they were ok. I didn't realize how great a massgae could be until i came here. I was very excited for my trip to NY and searched all over the internet for the perfect spa (no pun intended) to go to with my friends. We ended up up choosing "The perfect Spa". We had never been to NY so we were very excited to spend the day pampering ourselves on the Upper East Side (even though it's 2 streets south of the UES). Well, we each chose a different service. I choose to have the perfect-ssage 105! WOW! I have never felt so wonderful in my life! Like I said before, I had no idea that a massage could feel so great!! The lighting in the room was perfect. I felt so relaxed! The lady that did my massage was so very sweet! I hope she is still there next time i go to NY. One of my friends got a facial. I can you that I have never seen her look as refreshed. She was so excitde to look and feel the way she did! And let me tell you, when we went out that that night, she more attention from the fella's than all of us combined! Finally, the third friend got herself a Brown Sugar Scrub. She smelled amazing! for the rest of the day I was attached to her! I couldn't get enough of her smell. she said that the scrub made her feel so fresh and so clean! Her whole body was exfoliated. wow! i cant wait to go back! Thank you Perfect Spa! We will never forget you!!!!!!!!

I got facial in perfect spa. I love~~love~~love there.
My skin was okey before summer time. After vacation, I got pimples and uneven skintone. otherwise I feel so dry at same time. I didn't know what to do.
so I stoped by perfect spa for asking my condition. they explained my stupid question. they aew very kind and friendly. so I treid facial there ,,,I really enjoyed ~~my skin is glowing again!! *LOL*
I will visit there soon!!~~ they offer some herbal tea ~~ isn't it great?!!~~~

I was very tired yeterday , I try body scrub and perfectssage75. It was so great. and perfect relaxing that time.
I strongly recommand this place . very gentle touch and elegant place , nice brown organic tea. i felt like escaped to hotel lounge. try today. it was best place in the city.

THIS IS THE WORST SPA IN NEW YORK

I registered on this site in order to write this review, I live in the same neighborhood as Perfect Spa which is the only reason I tried this place. I scheduled a massage and a facial. Please do not be fooled by the prices they charge, this "spa" is nothing more than a glorified nail salon. The carpet in the massage room was BADLY stained. It was disgusting. The massage I received was the worst massage I have ever received in my life. I don't have words to describe how bad it was. The facial left my skin dry. This is the first time in my life that I have ever had a facial and left the spa without glowing skin. On top of that, the girl who sets their appointments was amazingly rude. I love and frequent spas and have never been so disgusted by a spa in my life. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Perfect Spa my foot... more like perfect disaster.
