Dr. Kaplan has been caring for my 4 kids for 10+ years. One of them has had several medical needs, heart surgery and Leukemia. He's amazing with her! He's on top of our needs at all times! Thoughtful and kind! The children love him and look forward to their visits. He's a GREAT doctor!! I would recommend anyone of the doctors in the Penfield office! The staff as a whole are very knowledgeable and up to date in the medical field.

Dr. Kaplan's office takes excellent care of our son. They always take the time to answer all of our questions, both in person and via email.
The office has daily walk-in hours so you do not need to make an appointment if your child wakes up ill. Someone is always on call and will come to the office 365 days a year, even on Christmas.
