It's time for Clayton, Dubilier, and Rice to go after the ex-CEO and the former President of Business Development who worked in Houston. He had the polish-looking last name and had the initials "JS." They drove the company into collapse and need to be sued.

JS got kicked out of General Electric and was brought to Brand Energy. They tried putting him in Georgia but he was hated there. They sent him to the West Coast but they hated him there too and he was kicked around California until he was tossed out of there too. He was sent to Texas in 2011 and put in the Pasadena, TX office. It was full of scumbags, so he lasted there until he was fired in 2017 finally. He scared away tons of quality people from the company. He's one of the main reasons Brand Energy collapsed.

The ex-CEO was insane. He brought in his GE friends and paid them a ridiculous amount of money. JS had to travel all the time because he couldn't get along with anyone. He even traveled all the time when he was in the Pasadena office because you just couldn't have him around human beings. Between 2006 and 2017, millions were spent on JS between his salary and travel expenses.
JS shouldn't have been at Brand in the first place. He was brought in because he knew the ex-GE people in the company. JS and the ex-CEO need to pay all that money back and more to Clayton, Dubilier, and Rice.

Clayton needs to investigate the ex-CEO, JS, and the rest of the executives at Brand in excruciating detail. Every decision they made and every penny they spent needs to be examined. They didn't allow Brand to be turned around like CHC Helicopter was. They were too busy treating the company like an ATM machine. They were reckless. JS was an obnoxious, little parasite. Ask anyone who worked for him and they'll agree with me on that. The CEO had him meet with all kinds of companies even though he was extremely obnoxious. That scared away companies and Brand lost a fortune. The ex-CEO wouldn't fire him no matter what.....no matter what......no matter what. Clayton can work with Harsco, other investors, and previous owners to sue the ex-CEO and JS, the former President of Business Development in Houston.
