Dr. Rosner has been my son's allergist for over 10 years, since he was a toddler. She is an extraordinarily wise and compassionate physician. Her medical knowledge and skills are superb, and her "bedside manner," both with children and with their anxious parents, is wonderful. There have been some worrisome situations over the years, and her response has always been perfect. Autoimmune disorders run in my family and, at one point, I was very concerned that my son would develop the disease that killed my sister. Dr. Rosner did not dismiss my concerns, as my son's pediatrician had done, but took them seriously, and proceeded to calmly point out the factors that lowered the chances that this would happen. At another time, it looked as if my son was developing asthma. Dr. Rosner told me, "I promise that your son will not be a respiratory cripple." Her attitude is that her patients should live as normally as possible. When my son's eczema flared up because of swimming, and I asked whether he should stop, she replied, "Absolutely not!," and told me what to do to protect his skin in the pool. She is also secure enough to refer patients to other physicians for specialized testing or second opinions. Her office staff have been with her as long as we have, and they are warm, efficient, and professional. I give her my highest recommendation.

Dr. Rosner literally saved my son's life. Before our pediatrician referred us to her, my son had been hospitalized for 5 days for a severe asthma attack, requiring oxygen. She met at great length with my husband and myself, explaining the results of the skin testing and her assessment of his history of asthma and "bad colds" over the years. We were shocked that he had so many allergies, especially all the food allergies. But, with her recommendations and action plan for us to implement, my son has improved significantly. She promised that he would never need to be hospitalized for this again, and so far that has been true.

Others in her office are a nurse practioner and a secretary, both of whom are excellent, professional, courteous and very pleasant. The office is small but very clean and pleasant.

Although she does not take insurance, her care is well worth her fees.
