If I could give zero stars, I would.

Morton Williams is horrible in every way.

I could overlook the fact that the aisles are too small, the prices are too high, and that it's jam packed with students at all hours *if* at the end of my trip I was greeted by a smiling cashier. Hah. That is laugh out loud funny.

You'll be lucky if your cashier speaks to you, even luckier if they speak to you in english.

Honestly, rudeness must be the number one job qualification to work here. Even when the store manager is looking over their shoulders, the cashiers are still rude. Nobody cares.

This place is awful, awful, awful. Avoid.

I live closer to a Food Emporium, but I prefer going to the Associated. I like their selection of meats (rib eye steaks, sliced pork ribs, boneless ribs, skinless/boneless chicken thighs), which are always fresh. Overall prices are higher than I would like (used to live in Chinatown, where everything is inexpensive), but as good or better than the other supermarkets in the area.
