I was in terrible car accident and I called this pharmacy on 9/17/09 to inquire if they accepted 'no fault insurance' and I was told by yes by their employee Vancot.
However when I went there the next day and Vancot was not there and so I gave my paper work to one of the girls at the counter (she did not give me her name but she looked bengali or hispanic) and explained to her that I called the previous day and was told that I could have my prescription filled there. She went to the back and came back a second later and said " we don't take this here", I asked " I was told over the phone that you do" she became very passive aggressive and asked " are you sure you called the right pharmacy?", I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she said " he is on a very important phone call". This pharmacy is small and I could actually SEE and HEAR the pharmacist, and the PHONE CALL was PERSONAL!!
After 10 mins. of sitting in pain and overhearing his conversation I asked the girl to remind him that I was here and she refused to remind him of my presence and impatiently stated "he already knows you are waiting for him".
After another 10 mins I asked her to please remind him that I was still waiting to speak with him and she reluctantly went over to him and whispered something in his ears, and he said "Oh I didn't know she was waiting on me, fine tell her I am coming". The pharmacist was Asian ( he looked chinese) and had me waiting for 20 mins, while he was on the phone on a PERSONAL PHONE CALL!!. He said his name was Hoijin, and refused to tell me the managers name or his supervisors name. Needless to say I left still in pain, an very disappointed.
I went to CVS and although the wait was long they accepted my insurance and the quality of service was superb. There are too many pharmacies in Brooklyn for me to ever put up with such substandard service. I will never go there again, I will tell all my friends and families to do the same.

Pros: no line, (except if the Pharmacist is on a personal call)

Cons: Very small, Poor service, Rude Staff, lack many products
