I think the store isnt half bad, i once knocked over the card stand by accident and was appreciated by hundreds of people. I was recently in the store and there was a food delivery to the store and the store owner had no idea there was

Times Square. Such a lively part of town. You're walking through 46th & Broadway one night, and that's when you see it. The most captivating cardstand of all time. It lures you, makes you want so much more. The way it spins sets you off

The first thing I notice is this big, ugly card stand. The cards are all cheaply made.. I even found barbecue sauce on the back of one, it was dried onto it, i had the card in pocket for nearly 3 hours before I realized it.

I have never

WARNING! WARNING!Deceptive practices: 1. misrepresented the ability to return the item 2. ran my credit card BEFORE I was presented with fine print that said no refund on credit card. I was told that they were running a special 30% off. I bought a Sigma lens for $ 900 and it's price i$ 299. on amazon. I bought another two lens and a filter and it was a total of 653.23the lens are worth $299.These people are crooks and are deceptive. It appears i am not the only one that this is happening to. I was in there to buy some sovenirs and I was lured in by them telling me that they were just going to show me.They ran my credit card BEFORE I was presented with fine print that said no refund on credit card. This is deceptive. I was told that it was warranty paper they were righting up.

Pros: almost comical

Cons: rip off

Deceptive practices:

1. Misrepresented the software that came with the computer I purchased

2. misrepresented the ability to return the item

3. ran my credit card BEFORE I was presented with fine print that said no refund on credit card.

4. unhelpful sales staff who's only comment to me when trying to return the item was "you are going to lose twice."

5. misrepresented the value for money the computer represented. Item was marked over $1200 on the sticker. Salesman reduced the item to $870 and said it was a great deal because it also came with MS Office.
MS Office turned out to be a trial version and had to be paid for after 60 days. The same computer at Amazon is $349.

I have involved the Btter Bsiness Breau [letters omitted to get thru filters], the Attorney Generals Office (New York City Division), and the New York City Consumer Affairs office.

I was working in NYC during May of 2008 and purchased a digital camera from this business. The salesman was very helpful and informed me I was purchasing a Fuji camera with a list price of $699 for $450. I believed the salesman and purchased the camera. After I got back to my hotel, I checked the price on the internet and found I could purchase the camera for $250 or less. I tried to return the camera the next day and the manager indicated all sales are final. The camera also does not work properly. I suspect this business buys return cameras and resells them for higher prices. I tried to stop the purchase with my credit card company and they informed me that they could not assist since this business does not accept refunds. If you buy anything from this company, you need to be aware there are no refunds and you should closely check the price.
