I went to the Pep Boys in the Bronx auto dept. a few months ago (twice) just for the record; both times it took forever waiting on line just to be taken care. The attendants are slow and lack motivation, they do not care about giving quality service to the customer. Finally I spoke up and the manager (Hector) who was very nice and he took care of me right away. Thanks Hector
