Hoolie Girl

Hello. I first encountered the Hoolie Girl clothing outlet at an Irish festival in Upstate NY. There was one T-shirt I wanted for my daughter. The woman at the vending tent, (Darcey?) was very loud and drunk and was in fact drinking when I was trying to make a purchase. She could hardly make a sentence and blabbered incessantly. The T-shirt was only stocked in one size which was small. Luckily my daughter is very petite. It went from bad to worse. After the first wash, the T-shirt literally "bled" its red colour out into the washer, and now, was pale pink. The lettering was flaking off also. I called the number on the business card for months with NO response. The one time someone picked up the phone they were drunk sounding again, and hung up on me. I want to warn everyone from doing business with Hoolie Girl. It's a sham.
