Flowers on First

I use Flowers on First to thank all my clients and they always do an amazing job for me. When I don't know what to send they always advise me with the best and take great care of me. I've ordered for myself too and I see their quality is superb. I highly recommend them if you want to impress someone. Quality is great, service is great! I recommend 100%

My boyfriend made a surprise and send flowers to me! What a disappointment with the flowers! His idea was really romantic, but the flowers that this store delivery to me was almost dying and look horrible, the petals were falling, and he order for the premium arrangment, and I'm sure that wasn't that!!! Don't buy on flowers on first, they tell you that they have the flowers but actually they could wait a day and trough the flowers in the garbage,because they really look bad!!!

I ordered flowers to ship to my sister's office on her Birthday. I specifically told them that she was a hospital employee and provided the department name and room number. When I talked to my sister at the end of the day, I discovered that she never received the flowers. I called Flowers on First and they told me that they made a mistake and thought she was a patient so they showed up after 5pm. They told me they would deliver the next day, but I requested a full refund.

VERY UNRELIABLE. This was the first and last time I use them.

I have ordered from FOF several times and each time I am happier than the last time. The service is excellent. I live in Forest Hills and my flowers always arrive on time. As long as FOF is around I will not use another flower shop. the flowers are very fresh as if they had just been cut for my occasion.
Thank you FOF for putting a smile on my face and loved ones. :) You rock!

I do macro photography and often buy flowers to photograph. I was delighted when a friend referred flowers on first as a great place for fresh flowers. I made the mistake of driving into the city to pick up a bunch of flowers from them. I learned my lesson since parking is not the best. I now order online which is convenient, easy and they deliver to my door. I received a call from the delivery person who warned me of his arrival. It's easy, convenient. You are guaranteed fresh flowers and on time delivery. I just love flowers on first. You should try them too. I understand they are there for 30 years. It's a great friendly neighborhood flower shop.

The flowers I ordered for my mother was delivered after 9:30 pm. What a disappointment!

I cancelled my order at 9:30pm EST. My mother and sister did not get their flowers all day. I will never order from them again. She was in bed when they came to the door. Their flower shop is in Manahattan and my mother lives in Manhattan. How could this happen? If they could not deliver the flowers then at least let me know so I could have done something differently on Mother's day for my mother and sister.

It was great to be able to choose a bouquet from my home computer in England, and for my sister to receive flowers on her birthday, within 3 hours of me placing the order, at her office in New York. I was looking for flowers on Mothers Day and these guys were great! They helped pick out what to get and had it sent over the day of. The pricing was not terrible and they even called to let me know the flowers were in her hands. Great service!

But pricey....when did flowers get so expensive!?! I got flowers delivered right to my roommates office in close to a hour or so. They have cute little notes you can attach and the overall service was good. The reason why I rated average is because it was like 70 bucks....weak

"I recently ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to NYU hospital that day. I must tell you about all the rave reviews the flowers have received. I did not get a chance to see them as I ordered them from Florida, but numerous people have made a point to tell me individually that the tulips were beautiful. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. So often we only hear about the gripes, but there are none here. The service was great and the flowers evidently stunning. Thank you."

Their floral arrangements are fabulous!! Absolutely beautiful, and they also have great price ranges. The customer service is excellent, and they also have same day delivery! I always order from them and they never disappoint me! You guys get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me! (And of course from everyone I send flowers to!)
