      <description>&lt;p&gt;I PURCHASED A KOBY 7INCH UNDERCABINET TV ONLINE,AND IT IS AWESOME.THE SCREEN IS CRYSTAL CLEAR,AND i LOVE IT, EVERYTHING IS SUPERB.THE LAST UNDERCAB TV I PURCHASED LASTED 20 YEARS, AND WAS STILL GOING STRONG.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;THE ONLY FLAW  WAS THAT i  GOT A GREY REMOTE WITH A WHITE TV...... THE REMOTE IS MAGNETIZED
&lt;br /&gt;AND ADHERES TO THE FRIDGE NICELY.iF b  AND h WOULD SEND ME  A WHITE ONE TO MATCH MY DECOR, IT WOULD BE SUPER. I RECOMEND THIS KOBY TO ALL MY FRIENDS(AND ENEMIES) tHANKS  b AND H.!!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Great product, but horrendous customer service (by scarlett7477)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased my flatscreen TV from the B&amp;amp;H website.  The TV itself is incredible and I love it, but the experience of buying it was one of the worst I've ever had.  The site advertised a white glove installation service, which I paid extra for, but on the day of delivery,m the deliveryman told me he would only do an installation if I gave him some cash.  Like a fool, I gave him $20.  He said he had to get tools from his car, and never came back.  When I called B&amp;amp;H to complain, the rep I spoke with was very rude and said I had misunderstood the terms of the delivery (their description on the site was completely misleading), and that the deliverman himself was in no way affiliated with the company and they would not track him down or give me any sort of refund.  Part of this was my own fault, but they still handled it very badly, were extremely rude, and had misleading information on their website.  I'd never go there again.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  great selection, great prices, fair return policy (by lqagrl)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm very pleased with this store. They have an extremely large selection of equipment and the prices are better than anywhere else. Customer service is excellent and the return policy is fair - I had to return items several times and the process was always smooth. The last time I bought something from B &amp;amp; H, I had to ship it back to them rather than bring it back to the store because I now live in another city, and I liked that they kept me informed on the progress of my return throughout the process. They sent me an email as soon as they received the item, and then sent another email a couple of days later to let me know that the return was processed. They also sent me the RMA very quickly - the same day I emailed them to request one. The store tends to get crowded and there are long lines, but they move very fast. (This may not be as much of an issue now that they've opened the second floor.)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Great Store, they are crrently adding a second floor to the Mega B&amp;amp;H store. Everything is in stock good prices, and great service the shipping prices are very in line , very quick delivery .&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>3 Stars:  A cattle market, wasted my time. (by nycpooch)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately I cannot recommend B&amp;amp;H as a store. I went there today to pay cash for two Lecia D-LUX3's, as the website said they had them in stock. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A word of warning, don't come here if you're unsure about what you want. It's a chaotic cattle market and they want to deal with you as quickly as possible. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I waited 15 minutes in line only to be told that they have them in store but they are only shipping them (?!). I asked whether I could pay now and pick them up, as a &amp;quot;ship to pick up&amp;quot;, but he wasn't interested in helping me at all and didn't appear in the least bit concerned about losing a $1400 sale. When a store is as unconcerned as this about your business, it's probably sensible to go elsewhere because in my experience, stores with this attitude are also very unhelpful when things go wrong with your purchase. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I told the kid &amp;quot;OK, so I'll go to J&amp;amp;R instead&amp;quot; and he said &amp;quot;OK then&amp;quot; and that was that. So off to J&amp;amp;R I go! I'm sure they'll be more helpful and appreciative of my custom.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Do not buy anywhere else (by nyripped)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Unreal, thats all I can say, had originally planned to buy all my equipment here but was suckered into buying my camera elsewhere for seemingly a lot less money.....I know I'll regret this at some stage in the future.  When I did venture into B&amp;amp;H I had my eyes open to an gadget geeks heaven....the place is alive.  Overhead cable and trolley systems delivering equipment to the cashiers, extremely knowledgable staff, a range of equipment that is to be marvelled at........do not but you electronic equipment anywhere else&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt; This amazing place, run by Hassidic Jews is surreal, with it frenzied but organized sales floor and overhead conveyor belts whizzing purchases to the dozen jaded cashiers. There's a reason: the selection, and prices, are the best in the city for cameras, videocams, digital cameras, lighting, tripods and much more. It's best to go in already knowing what you want or you might find yourself dangling from the conveyor belt.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>4 Stars:  An Only-in-New-York Experience (by DMcAlvanah_Citysearch)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;There's something to be said for a store where the things that you buy are borne to the cash register along an overhead conveyor belt. B&amp;amp;H is a wild place...crowded, harried, packed with the latest in greatest in cameras and photographic equipment. One of my favorite areas of the store is the used department, on the second floor. The folks who work up there are friendly and really know their stuff.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
