This is a very unique place in the heart of downtown Manhattan. The downstairs has a huge array of lunch foods--salad bar, burrito bar, hot food, sushi, soups, pizza, and more. Everything is delicious, fresh, and it has a middle eastern flair to it. Upstairs is a gourmet market with coffees, cheeses, pastry, cakes, drinks, snacks, produce, and much more! You can pretty much find anything and everything you need at Zeytuna.

The interior is nice. The food is fresh and the displays are nicely done. The bakery has a really great selection. They make some of the best pizza I have EVER had. I highly recommend it.

Their salad bar is great. Prepared food awesome. The store itself is a little confusing. I've spent 10 minutes looking for items before. But overall a fine shopping experience.

This is a great authentic NYC grocery store with gourmet food. They have a very large selections of organic foods. They also have a huge cooked food section that ranges from fresh fish to incredible salads. Their bakery display is wonderful too. We had an apple danish and New York Raspberry cheesecake. Very good!

My office will agree Zeytuna is playing you Financial District. $9 and change for this slop? I am eating a Zeytuna salad I picked out from their saladbar right now. once again, the grape leaves are in fermented vinegar, and the rest just seems sub-par on freshness. I have also tried the ready-made dishes, pizza, burritos. bland for a lot of money. and if you want the correct change back at the register good luck with the rude translator who has to come out from the kitchen. I'm talking about service not equal rights. If it wasn't across the street I'd never give it the chances I do. my fault - but since I've just made a citysearch profile just to right this I think I'll make extra effort to avoid Zeytuna from now on. It is I-think-I'm-going-to-be-sick bad. and the music is annoying during summertime. go to Jubilee.
Please don't ever sit outdoors for their table service. The waiter was slow, we got our drinks late. Although our food was correct, we did not receive the appetizer we ordered. Other customer were not as lucky. We were given someone else's check.
We should have left without paying, as the table next to us did. Ridiculous for an establishment like this
Honestly, I LOVED this place. I had to work in lower Manhatten for a month and once I found Zeytuna, I LIVED on it. They have absolutely everything and the quality is supurb. The salad bar / buffett is beyond anything I had in Manhatten ever. The offerings are Greek influenced, but still very diverse. It's perfect for the business traveler because you can pick whatever you want, and if it's not to your liking, there has to be something else that is. So, no going to bed hungry after a bad meal which happens all too often on the road. Everything is made to such high quality standards, it's amazing that it is not more expensive. I think I gained 10 lbs off Zeytuna, but it was worth it!
Pros: Quality, Selection & Variety, Fairly Priced
The choice of food was wide ranging and impressive. This was both a pro and a con for a first time lunch. With so much to choose from, you feel like a tourist staring at the signs on the wall. Though after trying the buffet, with a little of everything, it's even harder to choose since it was all so good. Next time I plan on trying one of the Calzones. Outdoor seating provided great ambience for summer luncheons. Overall an excellent choice for Downtown Dining.
Pros: Inexpensive, Great tasting food, Excellent atmosphere
Cons: Crowded near food
