The quality of the food is poorer than it was several years ago.

The portion sizes are microscopic -entrees are smaller than appetizers at other establishments.

Even on a pretty empty night, service is slow.

Great restaurant that i wish i knew before.
very tasty mediterranean food with home made taste and chef's sophistication.

you have to try their salads with the Lafa Pita with sesame - it's the best pita in the city for sure. check out the Sabich rolls - vegetarian rolls and the Shawarma cones with tehini and a touch of wasabi.

overall had a great experience and would definitely be back for more!!!

Worst take-out services ever - never order again!
We have always ordered sandwiches for about 6-7 people in our office and we always ask to label the sandwiches. They never do that (except once)! Before you get to eat your sandwich it goes through other people who stick their fingers inside to check which is what.
3 times in a row we have ordered Lg. FF and we received Sm. one.
We were promised to get a free FF on the next delivery, but the order taker was not responsible enough to put the credit note on the account and on the following week there was a new girl who didn?t know what we were talking about and all she could say was ? ?I?ll get you free one for the next delivery?! There was NO manager to speak to.
The final straw was when I was promised personally by the order taker to have the food labeled and when that did not happen (as usual) I called to find out why. She admitted it was her mistake and she apologized. I simply asked to cancel my order, have the delivery guy to come back to pick up the food and I asked to refund my credit card.
Her respond was ? their policy says that they are not taking back orders unless you didn?t get what you?ve ordered!
WELL I DID NOT ORDER A SANDWICH THAT WILL GO THROUGH OTHER PEOPLE?S BARE HANDS BEFORE I EAT IT!
Of course there was no manager to speak to! She said she called the manager 4 times and she didn?t get hold of her. As a former restaurant manager who used to deal with a lot of take out orders (for 6 years) I can only say this - that is not how you run a business! And that?s too bad, because their food can be good when you are lucky enough to not have your Iraqi kebab beef burned when you ask it ?medium?.
