I think that the individuals with whom I interacted all represented your company in a very positive and favorable manner. From Joanna in the office to Dexter, and Sherwin and JC who did the work, everyone was responsive, courteous, and made me feel like a valued customer which I appreciate very much.

Excellent experience. Quality work, finished on schedule, and responded very well to changes from me and changes as a result of on-site discoveries. Great communication from office about schedules, paperwork, etc. Job was installing recessed lighting, switches, outlets, and flush fixtures while replacing old pre-war wiring.

Professional from start to finish. Did great work at a fair price. They were flexible with my schedule. Office assistant was always responsive and reliable. I highly recommend them! They completely rewired my outlets, which took some real electrical detective work.

I checked out and got estimates from three other companies before using this one. They have incredible customer service and they truly believe in integrity. They inspected every outlet to make sure everything was up to code. I was drawn to them because I had a huge marble and iron chandelier and wanted to make sure that the company was insured and responsible- not just a side-job kind of service that might not turn out right. They were fantastic and I was inspired to rewire and light my whole apartment. The prices were very reasonable, they were respectful of my things while working, and they did a terrific job, focusing on details that make my lights look very sophisticated:) I am so very happy to have found them, and recommend them highly for even small jobs. Great work, Power One!!!
