This is the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. The man working the counter is rude and nasty.

First they mis-charged me for all of my items (i.e. cashmere sweater when it is cotton, silk when it is a rayon shirt) then they ruined one of my designer shirts, charged me for cleaning it and then refused to give me my money back for the damaged shirt.
He (Gabriel) repeatedly yelled at me to shut up, even after I stopped speaking and tried to tell me it was the manufacturer's fault and I should just return it to the store. When I asked to speak to the owner he refused to give me her name and then proceded to tell me that he had no way of contacting her directly and he had to wait for her to come in or call (a clear, blatant lie). A week later I still have not heard from the owner. I have never been so insulted and dis-respected by a customer service person. They did a terrible job on my clothes and should not have charged me to clean a shirt they ruined. They also should have notified me of the damage done to the item and not waited for me to ask what happened to the shirt. They held the shirt for the "boss" to look at whenever "she" came in and refused to write on my ticket that I didnt take the paid for shirt with me, it took me another 5 mins to get another guy to write on my receipt that the shirt was paid for and they were still in possesion of it. There should never be this much stress when dealing with dry cleaning!!

Dont ever take any of your items here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had a choice I would give them NO star what-so-ever!!!!
