Marblepros

They polished my floor and they did a great job. They protected everything, created no dust and the entire company was very well organized. Will call again.

I have to say i loved the service and the work. The workers were very professional. They came in and plastic everything, created no dust and polished my floors. I've used other companies in the past and marblepros are by far the best i dealt with. i saw the first review and i dont think its the same company. Marblepros doesn't have a location on 18th street and i dealt with rachel and vincent, not vicki. insiderpages should call marblepros and investigate it.

I would give this business no stars. I arranged to have Marblepro come by my apartment for an estimate on refurbishing a kitchen granite countertop and marble tile in the bathroom. No one showed up during the designated period before 1pm on a weekday. I called Marblepro at 1:30, and they said they'd check. I got a call from "Vicki" who said she'd check on it and call me right back. At 3 p.m., and now a whole day off work wasted, I called Marblepro back. They said they'd check on it. Vicki called me back and said she hadn't heard from the technician. I told her I had to go back to work. She said she'd call me back to explain what happened. I never heard from them again. This business has an expensive address. But is it a real business?
