I have been using these guys for 4 years and have never been disappointed. When I call for an appointment, they bend over backwards to fit my schedule and will provide a loaner if necessary If I'm having a problem with something, they diagnose it, explain what my options are and give me a price that I feel is below what I'd be charged anywhere else..

And it's always fixed the first time.

I take all our family vehicles to Pro auto. For two years I've had nothing but positive experiences and dont go anywhere else. I know that these guys suggest repairs that are honestly needed and they dont kill the customer with unexpected costs....that's why they get the repeat business. I wish I discovered them years ago. Chet even helped me in the buying process when purchasing my most recent vehicle.

My car had needed several repairs on it for some time and with money being tight I needed to find a way to get everything fixed at a decent rate. I had specific things I wanted repaired and other things that I did not. They were able to work with me on all of my requests.

I also was able to supply parts of my own, you don't get the 3yr/36k mile warranty for the part repair if you provide your own, but they used it. The warranty is a huge plus, I had a problem with my exhaust and it is comforting to know that if something happens to that area in the next few years that I'm covered!

After I had had my repairs done, I had to drive my car around to make sure my CEL stayed off. Once it stayed off for at least a week I went in to get my inspection, at first I was told I'd have to wait, but the guy at the counter went and talked to the tech's and they took 10 minutes to squeeze me in and get me out very quickly.

Last thing that I really liked about this place was the newsletter and coupon deals that I get every month. (It's optional so don't worry). But it's loaded with tips/tricks and coupons for a variety of services. They aren't just a repair shop to me now, but they will do all of the work on my car, in any fashion, from now on.

Fantastic repairs, good prices, knowledgeable about imports (I drive a VW) and I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

My last car was a lemon. Professional Auto Care always told me what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait until I had more money. With my new car, I've only needed inspections and oil changes. They are very friendly people and treat me well. They always tell me what they are going to do up front. They are a great, great auto repair place.

My husband and I have been going to Bob for our auto repairs for 8 years. He takes great care of us. He explains what needs to be fixed and what can wait. He always gives you options. And we know that the problem will be fixed the right way, right away. He has great coupons and is always running a special, so we feel we are getting the best price. We recommend him to all of our friends.

I recently bought a used car and I knew that there were little things wrong here and there. I did my research and found that many people had recommended Bob's shop, so I felt safe in bringing my car there to be fixed.

They did a very good job and I am very satisfy with the work on my car. I have been driving the car for a full two weeks now and it feels like a completely different car. Well worth the money spent to fix it and have it done right!

The previous owner did a hack job of trying to fix things and caused the problem to be worse. Aaron (the mechanic at Bob's shop who fixed my car), found the hack job and corrected it. Things like this make be feel good about my decision to bring it to Bob's shop, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The guys that work here are great! They tell you what is wrong and how they will fix it in simple, easy-to-understand language! And they are always on the lookout for ways they can help you at the "bargainest" prices. I highly recommend them to anyone with a car!!

Not only do you get friendly service, they back up all repairs until it's fixed. They even send you reminders based on previous car usage. Great place to get your auto fixed.

I've had both my vehicle in for service and Bob and his staff have always made the repairs on time and at or under the estimated cost. They've shopped around to get the best cost in town for parts, and always have their customers best interest in mind.

I brought my car in after being told by my local dealership that the repairs would cost over $5000. After taking the time to listen and diagnose the problem, they were able to fix it for only $600! The car has never run better and I'm absolutly delighted! I will never take my car anywhere else again. They truly care about their customers, and it shows the first time you call!
