Ann took the time and energy to explain everything fully, and how everything relates. I could have spent hours , as I felt myself become more relaxed and involved . This was my first experience , and I'm glad I made the move to Ann .

Pros: made me feel very comfortable, informative and very peaceful

I have been involved in alternative medicine for over 25 years. I would often travel to Ithaca to seek help from some of the best in the country. I started on this road after my son was diagnosed with severe ADHD and I didn't like the affects of his medication. It has been an interesting trip for eveyone in my family and changed all our lives.

For the last six years myself, my husband, and my son have worked with Ann on a myriad of problems...
back problems, food allergies, dietary issues, emotional issues, eand veryday stressors.

After much study, money, and self reflection... I have found Ann Hovey to be the most helpful, with all her different areas of expertise, than any of the professionals I have used over the years, including MD's and Naturalpaths. As long as you are willing to carry through on recommendations and instructions.... the main reason most therapies aren't successful, you will be very pleased with the outcome.

I highly recommend Ann Hovey for an evaluations for any type of dietary and health issues. You won't be sorry.

Pros: Very unusual background in a multitude of areas regarding nutrition, body, and emotions

Cons: Are none

I first began going to Heart and Sole Therapies about ten years ago for help with a rotator cuff problem. Physical therapy had been no help. I had learned to adapt my exercise activity to movements that did not cause me pain around my shoulder. But Ann Hovey (owner/operator of Heart and Sole Therapies) fixed me. It's just that simple. As a triggerpoint massage therapist, she presses down in various spots and loosens up the muscles around the rotator cuff and voila, it's fixed! Frankly, I don't even know what she does, but I have no more pain.

I go back to Heart and Sole periodically for whatever ails me, and Ann always seems to help, sometimes with conventional physical touch, sometimes calling on the assistance of her many research books, and sometimes using the aura of the room.

She started me on B-Complex for my wrist pain. Great idea.

The last time I went, I stopped in the same plaza (Phoenix Mills Plaza) to have the oil in my car changed. Two birds. One stone.

Pros: Free parking. Nearby shops. Quiet. Peaceful. Clean. An escape.

Cons: Kind of far from Spencerport, but well worth the drive.
