I brought my daughter for her first time eyebrow waxing experience to Forest Nail Spa.Explained to the owner that this was her first experience - when she applied the wax, she didn't check the temperature correctly, applied too much wax and actually riped off skin. This gave my daughter first degree burns and had to be sent to the doctors to be treated.Not only they harmed my daughter but no one was able to deal or was capable of treating the situation.These people can't be licensed, forget experienced!!!BEWARE!!!!
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
TIPS- please confirm temperatures on waxes prior to services.
