I got locked out a few days ago. A friend of mine recommended Express locksmith company - one phone call and 5 minutes later - a Express locksmith car pulled right in front my house - 2 guys came out and fixed my lock in matters of minutes. They very polite and very professional - I was very pleased with the work they did - and the way the left everything so tidy and clean. I've had locksmith works done before around my house - and I tell you - there is no comparison - Express Locksmith is my pick for any locksmith company in New York - try them...

Locksmith technicians from Express Locksmith served me very nicely. they treated my car ignition lock trouble very efficiently and fixed that in few minutes. In today's expensive world this company served me in nominal rates i always recommended these guys to all my friends and relatives.

I decided to install a security gate in my lawn and after consulting with one of my friend and called Express Locksmith for this work. Honestly i received good response from them and also charged fair rates for this task.

I called in Express Locksmith with a problem my deadbolt installation from a previous locksmith I called didn?t work and the other locksmith company claimed I was not in warranty. They took care of the problem at a low cost and made everything right. I would be happy to recommend Express Locksmith in the future.

Express Locksmith installed security gates on the outside of our windows on our condo in Chelsea. They did a SUPERB job. They came out to take careful measurements, and arrived promptly in the appointment window as promised. They were meticulous, explaining our options and the process, and they kept us updated every step of the way. When the gates arrived from the manufacturer and were the wrong color, they notified me immediately and returned them for a quick correction. The installation was done professionally and quickly. The two installers paid close attention to small details, like sweeping the masonry dust that accumulated from the drilling from our window ledges. I HIGHLY recommend Express Locksmith for any project!

When I called Express Locksmith they came over to my apartment and helped me out of a tight bind - needing to change my locks and do it later than normal business hours, and all with a friendly, professional and efficient manner. I definitely felt like he knew his stuff, he explained the process, the options, and all for a decent price. I would highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs!!!

The great thing about Express Locksmith is that for some locks, they use a specific type of key that can't be copied at any other locksmith. I had them change my locks, and if anyone attempted to copy my keys they won?t be able to because they had a specific type of key that isn't carried by other locksmiths.

I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. My friends all quickly jumped in with horror stories about how much they had to pay when this happened to them, but after asking some people, I came upon Express Locksmith. Very helpful, and very affordable. Their service is quick that?s what I was promised and that?s what I got.

Express Locksmith is definitely my first stop for anything that I need pertaining to Locks and Doors. I?m a super for several locations in Manhattan, and Queens. They have a store that is pretty jam packed with stuff you would need, you can also find some pretty random stuff that's been there a long time. I recommend all the tenants in the building to call Express Locksmith in any emergency situation because I know they do good honest work.

Customer service at Express Locksmith is head and shoulders above home depot, and so are prices. They are very helpful and the prices are competitive so your always getting a good deal.

As a locksmith they are truly one of the best and most honest businesses out there. If you are going to call Express Locksmith tell them exactly what you want and it will save you some money. If you know what your looking for it will save them time and they can help you over the phone so it will save you money.

I had install a new lock and a window guard. They were fast and reliable - all you need in a locksmith. Oh! They were very reasonably priced too.

They service all of New York, (check the website for exact areas). Also, it's lots cheaper to get work done during their regular business hours. I have used other companies as well, which is also solid but these guys are a little nicer. Highly recommended for any locksmith service.

Theres not alot of locksmiths out there that are as honest as this one. They stick to there word about everything and don't try to rip you off.

Excellent Weekend service - No extra charge ! This company is amazing. I have lost my wallet with the high security key card in it, on a Sunday morning.I was desperate and I realized that i had to replace my locks immediately, so i called Express Locksmith and Security. Their response was quick, the technician was very knowledgeable and explained me all my options,including prices for each operation. I had to choose between replacing the high security cylinder with a new one or resetting my own cylinder with a new combination. My cylinder was reset to a new combination and i got a new key card as well with two new keys. The service was excellent and the price very affordable,with no additional or hidden charges for the weekend service. Thanks for your quick and reliable service,thanks for giving me back the peace of mind on that Sunday morning.

Yesterday night i broke my apartment's key inside the lock (yeah i know...). within 30 minutes someone from Express Locksmith was already in my house changing the lock and giving me new set of keys. thank you Express Locksmith. You're the best.

I am very happy with Express Locksmith. I had them replace my lock again (moving apartments like a nomad) and once again they were timely, and most importantly brought 5 copies of the key that I asked for. Additionally, I have never had any problems with copies of keys made by them.

I had them replace my lock, and they were timely, arriving reasonably on schedule (towards the end of the appointment window). The price was pretty reasonable to replace the lock and for new keys. The locksmith is very efficient.

When hiring a locksmith ask if they're a freelancer or an employee with and actual Locksmith company because I wasn?t able to located the guy who installed my locks about a month ago and no one was willing to fix the current lock I had installed by the freelancer. So I looked up Express Locksmith on Google and they attempted on several occasions to save my expensive high security lock. They found the mistake took care of it and charged me pennies compared to what I was quoted from other locksmith companies.

Express Locksmith is an entirely different kind of operation. I have dealt with them on a couple of occasions now, and I have come away quite impressed. Their technician was an honest, straightforward guy. I called him last week because the lock on our building's front door wasn't holding. I explained that I didn't really want to pay much to fix it because we have brand new doors on order that will be arriving in a few weeks, and the new doors come with new locks.

When I lost my keys I called the guys at Express Locksmith and he said not to worry and he offered to send a guy to my building immediately. The charge was very reasonable to assess the situation. He said if I didn't want to pay for any work, that was fine, but he would at least outline a few options. In fact he did, and ultimately recommended that we replace the cylinder with a new one.
Great, honest work from a local locksmith is worth 5 stars every day of the week.

The best place in the city for keys (they are always perfectly made). The people are friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is good. Calling Express Locksmith up for a simple job can cost you any where from $40 and up, and once they come to you location they will find a solution for anything they will not leave until the job is completely finished.

Recently I was locked out of my apartment building and needed a locksmith. I came across Express locksmith on citysearch when i was searching for a locksmith on my blackberry. They were conviently located a few blocks away and arrive within 20 minutes. They quoted me a cheap prive and opened my door then changed the locks quickly. Thanks again
