This is a cute little restaurant if you are in the mood for a different atmosphere. The sushi is very very fresh, and the entrees are authentic japanese made with high quality ingredients.

For instance, the kani su - normally made with imitation crabmeat, is made with real lump crabmeat here.
the cutest thing ever are the little origami adornments all over the place -even in the bathroom.

Would definitely go back!

The hamachi sashimi was incredibly fresh and out of this world!

I love this Japanese home cooking place. I can get Japanese dish that other Japanese restaurant have. If you want to have Japanese Countryside Home cooking, I recommend this place.

what a quaint, hidden jewel we discovered! we booked the tatami room and it was a nice little area away from the rest of the dining room, it was wonderful. the kisu tempura was delicious! The service is so personalized and proper, it was a nice touch. would like to try the tasting menu next time.

There's no sign outside and curtains cover the windows---but inside, old-world Japan comes vividly to life. The subtly lit interior is tiny yet homey with slate tiles, dark wooden beams that crisscross the ceiling, shoji screens and an…
