Charlotte D'Costa Taylor founded Floral Heights in November 1998. She has more than 20 years experience in floral design and has worked for some of New York's finest floral establishments. Charlotte has studied and is credentialed in both the Ohara School of Ikebana and Professional Floral Design. She studied Ikebana under her Sensei, Mr. Mutsuo Tomita. At Floral Heights every recreation of Charlotte's designs is personally supervised and approved by her. This guarantees the same uniformity of style and flawless quality that keeps our customers completely satisfied.
What a shop! Lovely, fresh and long lasting floral arrangements that delight my family and friends every time I present them with a floral heights creation. The service is so warm and friendly that sometimes I just stop in to say hello and get a cup of coffee!
They deliver to Manhattan & Queens too, which is a bonus as I have many clients in these boroughs.
Every summer they take care of my garden and we really enjoy the flowers when we have our family barbeque's.

"I don't often take the time to write testimonials...BUT I've been so impressed with the feedback I've gotten from friends, associates and loved ones that I've sent Floral Heights arrangements to ....that I just HAD TO commend them.
Its not often you come across high quality work at reasonable prices but Charlotte (the owner) pulls it off time and time again.
I LOVE using this florist because of the "WOW Factor" that people get when they receive one of their arrangements.
I've never actually met Charlotte (I place all my orders over the phone)but when it comes to creating a first rate impression with flowers...Floral Heights is my ace in the hole!"

I used Floral Heights for the first time this year for Valentine's day. Spoke with Christine. She was very helpful and they created a custom bouque that was really great. Flowers lasted at least a week or more and the selection, which they picked for me, was very nicely done. I would certainly use them again.

I have been buying flowers from Charlotte for over 5 years now. She is the only person I will go to for an arrangement because, frankly, I haven't found anyone else who can match the level of quality, creativity and beauty that goes into her creations. I think she is the best NY has to offer. My wife and I are planning to leave the city for NJ soon and I know that even moving across the river is not going to stop me from coming back to Brooklyn for Charlotte's flowers. We also intend to work with Charlotte on landscaping our new home and know that she will do a beautiful job. My wife and I just love her!

We came across Charlotte's shop quite by accident and what a find! Since we discovered Floral Heights, Charlotte has not only done various arrangements for us but also recently did all the flowers for our wedding. What an incredible job she did. The bouquets for myself (the bride) and the bridesmaids were stunning; they literally took my breath away when I first saw them. I had the same reaction when I walked into the chapel and saw how she had set out the flowers and the candles - it looked like paradise, so tastefully and warmly done. And then we got to see the floral table arrangements at our reception - at the River Cafe - and again, they were simply stunning. For us, what makes Charlotte so unique is the fact that she not only consistently delivers beautiful, perfect and stunning arrangements; but that she is also such a lovely, genuine and warm person. So, if you want the best in flower design coupled with someone who is a total pleasure and joy to do business with, then Floral Heights is the place to go.

Charlotte at Floral Heights is an incredible talent. Her floral designs are exquisite. I have sent numerous arrangements and each time she sends a photo of the arrangment via e-mail which is great because when I get the call from the receiver gushing over the flowers I know exactly what they are talking about. Also, she uses the freshest, most beautiful flowers. While in her shop you see the most amazing varieties! She also does silk arrangements. Just this weekend I brought in a vase and after asking about the room's colors she created the most beautiful silk arrangment. None of the guests at my dinner party that night could believe the flowers were silk. They were a total success! I highly reccomend Floral Heights and Charlotte. She's got incredible attention to detail, her service is excellent, she's the nicest person, and most importantly you'll get the highest quality flowers and level of design, all at Brooklyn prices. Call now before she raises her prices! Her designs are worth far more than she charges, and its just a matter of time before she smartens up!
