It is a good two months since I first contacted (and paid) this company to install a door phone. It's a fairly routine job but the first guy who came in used a closed circuit instead of an open one (or something to that effect) and the guy who came in to fix it when it blew thereby locking everyone inside the office, said that it was a locksmith issue and not of their doing. Locksmith came, it wasn't a locksmith issue. The next guy was more competent and said that it was their fault and that he needed a special part to fix the problem. The part was supposed to be in stock but of course it wasn't so they ordered it by fedex. That was 2 weeks ago. Apparently fedex delivers from Mars now.
Do not employ them if you value your time, money, and self-respect (the person in charge of customer service there is particularly nasty and clueless). I'm still waiting for them to come back and correct the problem that they created, denied, and now are taking their sweet time to correct.

Pros: nothing comes to mind
