Horrible Service/Snails are Faster than the Staff

I needed a quick job to be done. 45 copies on glossy paper one-sided and in full color.
You walk in and they mumble hello. I asked if someone could help me. They point me to a computer that some guy taking his sweet time is using.
Why is there only ONE SELF-SERVICE COMPUTER??
15 minutes later, I need help finding glossy paper. I asked the closest person to me who wasn't the one who said hello. So, she pointed me to the other person's direction. YOU CAN"T ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION? Dolly who was nice enough except she moved slow as molasses. She didn't even perform anything other than her job which was making copies.
No courtesy greetings. Not even a "thank you" or "have a good day."
Pros: price and location
Cons: staff acts rude and bored to service you.

Great service at a great price!

I have a well-developed relationship with Impressions Printing and Graphics that goes back more than a year, when our company began using it to produce our made-to-order text books. I have nothing but the highest praises for Impressions. They produce first-rate books at a very affordable price, and have handled several "rush jobs" for me, and always got the product delivered on time. The staff is helpful and pleasant, and I'm extremely grateful we have established a relationship with this company. About the only complaint I can come up with is that at first we didn't always receive invoices in a timely manner, but that one minor irritation has long since been corrected.
I'm sorry that the previous reviewer had a bad experience, but I can't help but believe that her experience was an unfortunately exception, rather than the norm.
Pros: inexpensive, helpful, high quality product

dissapointing service

I advise against considering Impressions for any sort of service. I put in an order of 500 business cards and they told me it would take 7 days. two weeks later I call and find out that they had not even started the order yet. Of course they made up some really bad excuse about the order being delayed but it was quite obvious that they just didn't bother to book the order in the first place. I don't hear anything from them for two weeks so I call back; they tell me that they will have the cards fedex'ed to the office in two days. two days goes by and they tell me that fedex lost the package. I felt like I was trying to get math homework from a 5th grader. two more months go by which entailed me calling asking for a design they were suppose to send me and them saying "oh, no one sent it to you, I'll have them do it right away". It was remarkable. I pretty much wasted 2.5 months with these guys on a simple order of 500 business cards. Someone needs to tell these guys that there are plenty of other print and design shops in Manhattan, let a lone new york city.
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Very unreliable, cannot be counted on, horrible execution.

Unmatched Quality and Service!

Quality printing and great service! Overall an A+! Located right across Kinko's on 37th Street. All upset Kinko's clients will surely end up happy here... 35 cents color copies is a bargain and the best I have found across town. And best of all, they do copies, printing, banners, signage, t-shirts and promotional items all under one roof!
Pros: Wide variety of services under one roof.
Cons: Don't have any.
