This company is a complete and utter waste of time! I applied for several jobs that I was more than qualified for, and they invited me in for an interview. The lack of professionalism they displayed during that interview was appalling. The interviewer, Barb, was downright nasty. She didn't like my tongue in cheek response to their ridiculous application questions--namely, "What's your desired salary?" To which I appropriately responded, "negotiable". She looked up off the page and asked me, "what kind of a "BS" answer is that"? At which point I asked, "well, what kind of a stupid question was that"? How could I tell you what my desired salary is, when I don't know the job I'm interviewing for, or the demands of the position??

That said, the interview ended with promises for numerous job opportunities in my desired location. I received a call two weeks later telling me that a company was willing to interview me the next day. The only problem was that it was 4.5 hours away. And, even though I requested jobs in that location, I did request at least a week's notice for interviews. However, as I was anxious to relocate, I called the next day and agreed to take the interview. I traveled 4.5 hours, and along the way, I kept calling the office to get specifics on the position and the exact location. Each time I called, they told me the person, Barb, was busy, and that she'd get back to me. She never did. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she finally got on the phone, and told me that the person who was to interview me had to leave town for personal reasons. She told me that the interview would have to be rescheduled for the following week. I stayed in town that weekend, and when I called Barb to follow up, she told me the position was filled, and wished me good luck in my job search.

A COMPLETE SCAM!
They post non-existing job offers with attractive salaries to get people to come in and take their resume/info. The only purpose is to increase their database. I went in a few months ago because I was more than qualified for a position they posted. Never heard back. Then, they reach out to my company (email comes to me) offering their services because they have a "great list of candidates" for our hiring needs. STAY AWAY! Positive reviews are most certainly fake too.

One star? How about none?

What a fraudulent group of individuals. Been with Trandon for over 18 months. NOT ONE SINGLE INTERVIEW. NOT ONE. I have called, sent information and followed up on postings they have had on their web site. Are they legitimate? I never hear back. The qualifications say "immediate interview" - my resume and experience matches the requirements EXACTLY. Yet, despite all my efforts, there is no call.

They are NOT accredited with the BBB.

Reviews here and on Yelp and on Google are all poor.

I think I am going to file a formal written complaint with the NYS Attorney General's Office. Are they gathering information for some other purpose? Obviously, they are NOT doing job recruiting.

Avoid this group at all costs. It is a scam where you are sucked in by false promises and nothing happens. Oh - Try to contact the recruiter listed in the posting. You'll never get through to them.

Barb Andersen and Scott Evans - Question - do they really exist or are these fake names used? You'll never get a call back from any of them........

Frauds. Unethical. They create job postings for jobs that don't exist and call you to try to tell you that they may have a position but never actually do.

I really wished I would have researched this agency. If time is valuable to you, do NOT visit these people!

From the moment you enter the office, UNPROFESSIONAL is written all over. From the receptionist's attitude to the sloppy attire of the employees.

I can attest that I was waiting in that waiting room for exactly 40 minutes before I was called. Then... If I was with the recruiter for 4 minutes, its not an exaggeration at all! Was asked if I have interviewed anywhere else. I have, but lied and said I didn't. I don't think its their business anyways. I was asked what is my desired salary, I answered it and he stated that the market points that I should aim for a position that would provide a $15-20K/year pay cut than what I am currently earning (yes. I am employed). Like seriously?! Whatever!

Anyways, that was it. He made me wait for another 10 minutes because he was discussing my credentials with someone other. Who? I don't know. Later came out and said that if and when something comes up, they'll be in contact with me. OK. What about the position I originally applied for? What about the positions posted on their website? I did not question it just because I seriously wanted to get the hell out of there! AND the only reason I did not say "thanks, but no thanks" is because they had my information.

What a waste of time. This is the type of place that gives other companies in the business a bad name. Stay away.

PS The only reason I rated 1 Star is because its required. I wouldnt have even given then that!
