Recently sold my apartment with Peter Ashe, they have done a great job and sold it six weeks later at full asking price.
I have recommended our friends, and they have that purchased an apartment through Peter Ashe recently.
I will continue to refer my friends and family to Peter Ashe.

thank you

We signed a lease with Peter Ashe, via Asher Alcobi. When we viewed the apartment, everything was brand new; new paint, new appliances, fresh looking. The apartment was still in the process of being remodeled. We asked for the lease to include a clause that acknowledged that the apartment was still a work in progress. Asher never included it in that lease but assured that all work would be completed. To this date, months later, nothing has been fixed. When we take a bath, the people downstairs take a bath. When the people upstairs take a bath, we take a bath. There is a hole in the ceiling that has been there for more than a year. Sometimes someone comes to patch up the hole, but the initial leak never is fixed, so the hole returns. We call, we complain, we hold rent. We are ignored, we are neglected, we are served court papers. We go to court, plead our case, the judge insists that Peter Ashe and Asher Alcobi get their act together and solve the problems. Hot water is missing for months at a time. Entire parts of the apartment do not have electricity. When the problems do get fixed, it is after weeks, sometimes months of persisting. We have not had a consistent super the entire time here, although the law states one needs to be present and available at all time. Asher is a very charming man who knows how to sell something, but everything we were told by the broker and Peter Ashe was exxagerated and false. Most obviously, the claim that the landlord was very good and took great care of the building. If I could show you the emails that they ignore, the calls they don't answer, and the general neglect and disdain they have for their tenants, I would. But take my word. My advice? If you insist on dealing with Peter Ashe, be sure to write your own clause on the lease insuring financial compensation for any worst case scenario so that you are not caught in the same position.

So I've recently started working with this company and the first impression wasn't the best. I am willing to give them a chance though. I will give an updated review in a couple weeks.
