I'm in here weekly for a nice cigar for my guy...and the people here are really nice. Parking is close...in and out. Nice variety of items, body jewelry, some cool t-shirts....fun place.

Mean, rude, and disrespectful people working there, even the manager, who to my surprise, lead the attack on me when I wanted a refund or exchange on defective merchandise I had literally just bought 2 seconds before.

BOYCOTT IT!!!!!!!!! There are plenty other head shops in the area...

I read the another review by Don Lovejoy on Yahoo. I did not have the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jan, he speaks of, but did deal with three horrible women. I actually hear one of the women, the manager and whose name I did not get, is actually the owner?s wife, so I am sure my complaint will fall on deaf ears. It is shocking that a man who is spoken so highly of by fellow customers of the store (and indeed I am a customer, although dissatisfied) has a wife who drove away three customers (myself, my boyfriend, and a friend), two of which used to be, until this point, loyal, weekly customers.

A simple, "We are sorry about the defective product, let us refund/exchange it" would have worked, instead I was met by an onslaught of screams and insults over a $9 product, that ironically I was just going to discard until the gentlemen with me (the loyal, weekly customers) encouraged me that I should not keep a defective product.

If this manager I dealt with is the wife of the owner, again I am sure nothing will come of it, but as an employee of the store (obviously not as a wife), she should definitely be reprimanded.

The customer is always right, unless it is to the point of absurdity, and I will leave it to every one else to decide if it is absurd to expect a refund/exchange for a product that is defective and unusable when it had just been purchased literally second before.
