They are responsible, trustworthy, and good cleaners. Whenever I have a special request, they bend over backwards, which is very different from other cleaning companies I've used. I also love that they use safe cleaning products.

I have used Maid Brigade for more than 5 years and have always found their cleanings to be excellent and their customer service top rate as well. I applaud them for using environmentally-friendly cleaning products and sending me nice, hardworking staff members who really know how to clean.

I was a little leary when they got my appointment time mixed up. They said they'd come between 1:30 and 2:30, then called to confirm they'd be there at one the day before. I told them 1:30 was the earliest I could do (which I also specified when making the appt. I was actually promised they'd try to be closer to 2:30). We agreed on 1:30. Then I get a call the day of at 12:20 saying they are there!! Okay, so I am still hopeful, I make it home by 1 for my cleaning, which they were okay with. Three cleaners get out of the car...hmmm, I was quoted 2 people, at $45 each per hour for 2 hours. I told them I had 2 groupons that I'd be using. So I show the ladies in and they get right to work. I made a call to Maid Brigade to make sure my quote was right, since they had already gotten the time wrong, and now the # of cleaners is wrong too. I was assured that the 3rd person was simply extra, no extra charge, no change to quote, still 2 hours, at $90 an hour, and I can use my 2 groupons. Yay, I'm so happy. The ladies get to cleaning, and they do an okay job. There's still dust on the toilet lid, and I can tell they didn't get in the corners or clean under anything. It was just an okay job. I wasn't impressed, but how do I tell them that I can still see dirt on the floor and crumbs on the counter they just claimed to clean? It's awkward, and they don't really understand what I'm saying in English, so that makes it worse. They told me they were done and only an hour and 17 minutes had passed. So now it's time to get my total. They hand me the phone and the same guy (Eddie) I spoke to before they started cleaning tells me It's $180 and I can use my $20 off coupon, then he'll add tax. I say I have a groupon, 2 of them actually, we just discussed this. He puts me on hold, comes back and says "do you have a $20 coupon or a groupon?" Again, I tell him I have a groupon, 2 of them. So then he says okay and he'll calculate my tax. I asked about the time, and how they only took 1 hr 20 min. He says, yes, 3 people is 1 hr 20 minutes. I asked why he hadn't mentioned that in our conversation just an hour and 20 minutes earlier when I called to confirm my quote? He didn't know how to respond, repeated himself, and then said he'd get my tax amount. He comes back on and again says I can use my $20 off coupon. I re-explain that I have 2 groupons. He says I can use them next time, and this time I use the $20 off coupon. This went on for a few minutes, and then I told him I'm using my 2 groupons like I was told I could. It was confirmed first by the man who made my appointment and sent my quote (Kevin) and then twice or maybe even three times today by you. He said okay and they took the groupons and my tax $6.45, and left. I was asked by Eddie if I'd like to make my next appointment, but I wonder if he was joking? The cleaning was really just ok. Not even close to being worth $80 and I feel like they cheated me 40 minutes. Changing their story is just bad business. The cleaners were nice enough, but didn't understand English so well, and really did a rush job. I'm out $80 and I just had to clean my own toilets!!
