I've been getting waxing, manicures and pedicures since Chill opened their doors. During Spa Week, I took advantage of their special pricing for a facial and a massage, and now I'm a fan of those as well!

Services are well worth full-price, but love those specials!

I'm addictive to massages an d i know a good one ,i get it all the time,this massage therapist (karina) has good hands for,and my girlfriend love the job and the color on her nails done by the same girl.I'm caming back to Chill Spa.Thank you

I was having back pain for quit some time,my friend told me to go get a massage so i could feel better and lessen the pain.I did not think that a massage could heal my back pain but i still went and got one.MY friend recommended chill spa and oh my god was she right .i walked in with pain and came out feeling amazing.It was the best massage i have ever gotten.it really took my pain away.And the staff were very kind ,friendly, and professional.I was really satisfied with the job done.

My experience in this spa was fantastic.The environment was great...i felt right at home .What i liked about the spa was that it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.The prices are assessable to anybody and the outcome is amazing.The best wax i have ever gotten was at chill spa.They use this different wax called hard wax, which dose not require the cloth and it hurts less.i really recommend this spa.

I got manicures and pedicures. I was very happy because all the places l've been none of them is as clean and beautiful as the Chill Spa. I was so happy with the work Karina did. She was wonderful a vey nice person. I will recomend her to my friends.

what made it so unique was the excellent service,especially from Karina who did my massage. The ambience of the room with candles lit was very calm and peaceful. I was even offered a glass of wine. Karina was fantastic she made me feel right at home. I am definitely going to tell my friends to come here. Howard was also very nice and charming. I will definitely be coming back. Two thumbs up.

I rarely treat myself to facials, but after getting one at Chill Spa, I am totally addicted. My esthetician, Anna, was amazing! She looked at my skin and new EXACTLY what it needed. I felt completely safe in her hands. She gave an incredible facial with a mask and my skin was glowing when she was finished. I had met some friends out for dinner afterwards and they all commented on how good my skin looked. Thanks Anna!!!

I loved this place. You'd never know that tucked away on 33rd Street is a jewel of a spa behind Chill's doors. I've had two massages with two different therapists there, and loved them both for different reasons. I have to say their hands were equally talented: Judy's massage was incredibly deep and Audrey's was also excellent! Chill also has cool massage rooms too -- they're each wallpapered with a different theme. A lovely place!

i am very easy to pleasr but was not happy with the service at all. went in a facial which was ok. the owners happened to be the same owners that owned le petit spa and i didnt like it there either. i thought the menu seemed a lil too similar but anyways dont waste your time and money.

I found this spa online, and picked it for the location and reasonable pricing. I didn't know what to expect, but I ended up having the best massage ever. I've been getting massages for a long time, but this was hands down the best experience. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage therapist took her time stretching me out and found all of my knots.

I highly recommend this place!!

I found this "spa" online. The prices seemed low for a true "spa," so I was a little skeptical. The owner was there -- VERY nice. The women who work there were also VERY nice. The atmosphere was more "dressed up nail salon" rather than "posh spa." And that was fine, given the prices. Just set your expectations. There is no dressing room, for example.
Services were mixed. The mani/pedi (by Dora) was really nice! Looks great. The swedish massage, however, was not great. The massage therapist (?) was very sweet. But the massage itself was neither relaxing nor did it work out problem areas that I had indicated both on the paper I filled out and verbally to her. Afterward I was not even given a towel to wipe off the gobs of oil she used. I used the sheet!
Overall this place is really okay. Just set your expectations.

Another spa I went to spoiled my permanent eyelashes and they made me look very bad so I went to Chill to have them removed and redo them. The make-up artist was great. She talked me through the whole thing and made sure I liked it what she was doing. After it was done, I loved the way they looked on me.

Pros: The make-up artist was great and knew what she was doing

Cons: Permanent eye lashes take about an hour or so, so if you are in a rush, don't get them done

Chill was a great experience. The atmosphere there was relaxing and calm. The massage therapist I had knew a wide range of massages and gave me extra 15 minutes. I had some back pain which she cured with her magic hands. I highly recommend this spa.

I WENT TO CHILL SPA AND LOVED IT.THE ATMOSPHERE WAS SO RELAXING AND THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. I HAD THE ROLLING STONE MASSAGE AND IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!I PLAN ON GOING BACK SOON BECAUSE THIS IS REAL STRESS RELIEF.I CAN REALLY VOUCH FOR THIS SPA AND THEIR SERVICES.HAVING TRAVELED AROUND THE WORLD AND VISITED SO MANY OTHER SPA'S,CHILL IS DEFINETLY TOP NOTCH AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.I PLAN ON HAVING A PRIVATE PARTY AT CHILL IN 1 MONTH,WITH CATERED FOOD,WINE AND OF COURSE SPECIAL SPA SERVICES.THANK YOU CHILL AND YOUR STAFF FOR CREATING SOMETHING REALLY NICE IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN!!!!

As a birthday treat for myself and a friend of mine, I was on the hunt for a nice day spa. I happen to find a listing for Chill Spa on Citysearch. Visited their website and was looking forward to the services that I had signed up for. Making the reservation was seamless and easy. Walking into the spa, all of the stress and anxiety had melted away. It was clean, spacious and inviting. I had signed up for a facial (this would be my first one) and body treatement called The Sushi Roll. My facial was heavenly and the staff was really nice and I appreciated that she talked to me about my skin care regimen before placing any product on my face. The body treatment was out of this world. The staff and owner was very friendly and inviting and will be going back very soon for another facila and treatment. My friend enjoyed her time there also and will be a repeat customer. Kudos to you having a little oasis on East 33rd Street.

I went there last week to get a 1 hour hour massage. The massage therapist was running behind because her previous client was late. I had to be somewhere so I ended up getting penalized by only getting a 1/2 hour massage. They have no respect for your time. Today, the manicurist was running late. They should realize people are on their lunch hour. I made a manicure appt. for a NY Quickie thinking it was just a quick full service manicure. It wasn't. All that was done was a bit of filing and polish. THAT'S IT!

I Heard about The Chill Spa on Daily Candy and decided to give it a try,so I booked the Mega Micro Peel Facial and The Rolling Stone Massage.WOW!!! I Haven't felt this good in days.My Face felt so baby soft and moisturized and my massage felt like heaven.Everyone there was so nice and offered me fruit ,wine or tea.The atmosphere was very relaxing with soft tunes and a real good vibe.I would defenitley recommend this Spa to anyone looking for a great time.Next time I'm going to try the Red Carpet Treatment and have a manicure under the Tikki Hut.

I've been going to Chill for the past few months and I have to tell you that it is great.The waxing is by far the best I've ever had and so much less painful.They have the best massages. I've had 5 different massage therapists and they were all wonderful.This place is so relaxing,from the Bamboo forest couples room to the Tiki hut in the front of the spa where they do manicures.The music is so relaxing from the minute you walk in.This place is also the most clean and higenic spa I've been to,as well.I wouldn't believe any of the 2 negative reviews on this page because I know for a fact that a nasty ex employee is trying to hurt the spa.All you need to know is that Time out NY Magazine,channel 11 news,Daily Candy and many many happy customers LOVE CHILL SPA and their Staff.

I usually get Brazilians in LA but decided to try Chill Spa when I was in NYC. Major mistake! It was extremely painful and she used her bare fingernails to retrieve in-grown hairs (that can cause infection). The wax used was awful and she used tweezers for quite some time. They were unfriendly, untimely and overpriced. Will never return and have told all my friends.

The person that wrote the last review is lying and is trying to discredit Chill spa.This Spa is AMAZING as told by the 12 other reviewers.Alot of times disgruntled employee's try to give the spa that they worked for a bad name because they are mad and have no life.However,I personally LOVE THIS SPA,the staff is very experienced and always sweet and personable.My friends and clients who I have sent to CHILL all have given it rave reviews.So don't be fooled by 1 negative review because its not true.I would go and see for yourself how beautiful this place is and how great all the services are.My favorite waxer thier is Cida who does the best Brazillian Bikinni waxing in the City.Audrey for Massage was named one of Allure magazines top massage therapists in the country,so theres no shortage of great personell at Chill.

From the moment I checked in, I had reservations about this place. I had scheduled an appointment with one waxer only to be told that I was going to be with someone else. When I told the receptionist that my appointment was with Marcella she said, "Well have you ever been here before?" No. "Well this girl is just as good." I went on a recommendation from someone and was not happy about this at all, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. Big mistake. They use the hard wax there which means no cloth strip. It's terrible wax and my waxer kept going over and over the same area. Then she kept telling me that the hair was too short and there was nothing she could do. Now I've done this quite a few times and knew that this was not true. She wound up leaving patches of hair and when I asked her about it, she told me again that there was nothing she could do. So, $65 later and in a lot of pain, I left with the worst Brazilian ever.

This is my go to place! I've been to almost every spa in the city and this feels like "home". Everyone always remembers me and it's not like the "Bliss factory". The spa is decorated in a really cute way -- each room is a little different. Anna is the only person who's ever been able to fix my uneven eyebrows, both she and Cida do virtually painless and fast waxings. Sinead gave me one of the best massages I've had in my whole life. (And I am a massage junky!) Also the prices are pretty reasonable for NYC.

I recently passed this beautiful spa on my walk home from work. After passing it i finally decided to go in and get a facial. From the moment i stepped in I felt relaxed and comfortable. My whole expierence was terrific. I left there with glowing skin. The products that they have there are also great. This is a great addition to the neighbor. Next time i will come in a get a massage when i have more time.

The service here was fantastic. Very quiet rooms with soothing music to make the spa experience wonderful. The facial I got was soothing and relaxing with visible results. The wax was painless and my skin had no redness afterwards.

I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for relaxation and a job well done.

When i walked in the spa, it was the cleanest spa i have ever seen. The people were so polite, it was very mellow. They really helped me with what i wanted. it was very RELAXING. Its exactly where you want to go after a hard days work.I had the greatest massage. I was so relaxed, no pain, my body felt relieved.My manicure looked BETTER then any other manicure i've ever gotten. You feel very comfortable in the spa. And they have very REASONABLE Prices. :)

Working in the city is very stressful. My friend told me about "CHILL SPA" and how i should go see how it is. So i did. AND I LOVED iT! Its so clean, there equipment is sterilized and it is a very relaxing place to be. The massages are very relaxing, they release your stress. The facials are so relaxing, you feel like your in your own world. The pedicures are very nicely done. They take their time. The staff is very friendly. They are thoughtful, they always ask if you want anything to drink.I really recommend Chill Spa

From the minute I stepped in to the second I left I was treated very friendly and attentively. The lady who waxed me (Marcela) was extremely warm. It was my first brasilian wax and I was a little uncomfortable, but she definitely helped me feel less nervous and calmed me down. It wasn't quite as painful as I expected, and she was very thorough. The rest of the staff was professional and friendly as well. I'll definitely be going back.

I had a great time when i went to the spa . I had gotten a gift certificate for my birthday for a massage, facial, body scrub, and pedicure manicure . Everything about my experience was positive, from making the appointment , to walking out the door. I felt like every employee really cared about whether or not I was comfortable and relaxed - which I really was! My massage was great, and the body scrub made me feel like a new person. The facial was excellent as well, and I got a lot of good advice about how to eat and take care of my skin. Big difference from those large, factory-type spas! I cant wait to give out certificates myself as an excuse to come back with friends!

The spa is very elegant and calm.The staff is very kind and thoughtful.They make you feel comfortable and not awkward at all.They help you with your every need. I must say they do the BEST NAILS. They have more varieties in nail polish colors then from any other spa or nail place ive ever been to. They always ask if you need anything or anything to drink.There facials are so relaxing all the stress goes away. Its like your in Heaven!!!!!

The rooms were all decorated differently and they looked beautiful. All natural settings and colorful. In the waiting area I was offered wine or tea, So far this is the best spa I've been to and I will keep going every week.

Best new spa in New York

Wow! New spa in Murray Hill is a winner. I met the management and staff of the old Le Petit Spa on 34th St. and they are still the best. Had a delicious facial and massage and I feel 10 years younger. Finished off with a glass of wine and my day was complete. I shouldn't be so excited. When the word gets out, I'll have trouble getting an appointment.

ATMOSPERE ,ATMOSPHERE ,ATMOSPHERE.THIS NEW SPA REALLY MAKES YOUR STRESS MELT AWAY.AFTER HAVING ONE OF THEIR SIGNITURE SERVICES THE CHILL ALL INCLUSIVE WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW GOOD I FELT.THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND REALLY TOOK CARE OF MY EVERY NEED.I HERE THEIR ONLY 4 WEEKS OLD BUT YOU WOULDN'T KNOW IT FROM THE GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD.THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND EVERYTHING WAS REALLY TOP NOTCH.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NEW SPA.
