I first saw Lilla Schottner, the owner of Mathe Roux Skin Care, more than 10 years ago when she first came to the US from Hungary. She is an incredibly talented esthetician who cares deeply for her clients on every level. She works magic on all skin types, from hyper-sensitive to acne prone. After seeing her for many years for my own skin, I sent both of my children to see her when they began to develop "teenage skin". Both my son and daughter have learned the importance of good daily care and regular facials to keep their skin looking its best. I give Lilla the highest recommendation. She will give you excellent care in her salon and great advice for home care.

Tried the Spray Tan and was really impressed by the color and the personal application by the spa staff. So much better than trying to apply self tanner on my own. This is a small spa which you would never find on your own since it is not street level. I was referred by a friend and was very pleased with my treatment and would go back agian.

The cleanest spa ever. Most sterile mani/pedi and facial. You know they clean everything well and it far surpasses any other place in the city! The estheticians clearly love what they do and they want to make it a good experience for you. You must try it to believe it. I'm a repeat customer now!

I love the owner Mathe, She is a sweet woman that loves her customers as much as her work. She does great facial extractions. The Sothys Products that she uses are top of the line. Although some things may be pricey, you should treat yourself once in a while. The facial last about 2 hrs and she massages my hands and she plays soft music as my face is being steamed by a machine. It feels great but then my skin looks red and blotchy afterwards but 1 week later your as good as new or better.
Pros: clean environment, excellent products
