Orkin Pest & Termite Control

Orkin is the greatest customer service company when you are panicked from having uninvited guests in your home. They are so friendly, and provide immediate extermination services. The first visit, they allegedly stuffed holes that no rodents could ever get through (and it only took the rodents about two weeks to do just that). Re-Stuff, pests break right through. They made multiple visits, never being available again in less than three days (one time I had to wait over one week) with a service agreement. We finally caught some critters when we went to Home Depot, purchased our own old-fashioned traps, set them out with fresh peanut butter and cheese, and within days, had some thwarted pests. All of Orkins weak glue traps, black pellet boxes did nothing to stop the pests from their routine. Home Depot is much cheaper, and did the trick.

This exterminator is a hoax. First of all, all of their posts seem manufactured. Everybody is all happy, yet when they come to my home, they nearly exterminated my dog. I had to move into hotel for 4 days as i had rashes all over my body from the stuff they used. This is the second time i had to use them. To be honest the first time, i was ok with their services. Howver, this time i had a MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEM!!! They should be more careful with how they spray, and what they spray. The customer service representatives are respectful, and polite, however thats where this place begins to go downhill. Stay away from this sham of a company at all costs. These guys are hooligans at best, and it is a travesty the way i was treated after i complained about the hardship i endured. These guys should cut out their fiascos and shananigans, they are a danger to our society. I really am fearful that a place like this conducts business to begin with. I am going to find out what agency overseas this type of business. I am going to m ake a complaint as this place needs to be checked and inspected as they run a sloppy business... Sure they take my money all professional and all, but when i had an issue, iwas quickly treated like a nobody, shame on Orkin, i will do my best to complain and shut them down. Tomorrow i will call DCA and find out, and take action via court as i have gotten no where with them! STAY AWAY! Just read the fake almost monotononous posts here, as i see some have warned before.
