Listen, I'm not much for gyms but I actually enjoy training at the UTC. It demands very little of your time: only 30 min twice a week, you get the personal attention that's needed to get you to your goal as quickly as effective as possible. I mean these guys really know their stuff! No hours upon hours of running, simply an intense 30 min workout that will leave you feeling really good about yourself.
I saw results relatively fast. It's a great ally to have when you want to get rid of those extra winter pounds so that you can put on a bikini and not feel like an inflatable raft.
I've been training with Dellan Bruder for about 4 weeks now, and so far I've lost about 8 pounds. He knows a lot about nutrition and is very encouraging.
I definately recommend giving the Ultimate Training Center a try.

Pros: Personal attention, effective, fits all kinds of schedules, for all kinds of people who want to gain muscle mass, lose weight or simply stay healthy.

Cons: Can get quite intense
