My husband and I have a tradition of satying here for our anniversary every year. The staff is always accomodating and friendly. Not sure, but I think it bacame under new management within the past few years. But quality is the same.

I recently visited New York for the first time and stayed at the Iroquois. It's a beautiful hotel, great lobby, nice rooms and friendly concierge. It was right in the middle of Manhattan so I was able to walk everywhere.
