I continually have my Honda Civic serviced at this location and always feel they give me the best deal available on service whatever needs I may have at the time. I recently was there for service and found I also needed to replace my tires. After giving me a quote and checking other prices online they were eager to match my best price and had all service completed that afternoon. They are great people to work with when the need arises!

Fantastic service and an amazing inventory! I went to look at a used Nissan on their lot but drove home a 2013 Honda CR-V! They were tireless in their efforts to get me the car with all the options I wanted at a price I could afford. Joel Brown saved the day by coming up the model that had just what I desired in the price range I could afford ... And that they had it in stock, in the color I wanted, was amazing. And it wasn't staged because we were there for three hours and I looked at three different models until he thought of the model that had the options I had to have, but not the navi system, and it fit my budget. I felt like they wanted me to have my perfect car as much as I did; and they sacrificed more on price so that I could. I'm sure they still made a profit, but I'm also sure it wasn't as much as they would have liked. But now they have one more Honda on the road and one very, very satisfied customer!

To be honest my wife and I had mixed emotions about shopping for a car. I will say that the day we bought our new car from Crown Honda that we weren't expecting to purchase the day of. After checking out other dealerships we decided to stop by Crown because it was in the area. The sales staff was polite and immediately helped us fund what we were looking for, no questions asked. Once we saw the vehicle we liked that's when the negotiating started. We weren't interested in leasing a vehicle but that was an option, that at first, was being pushed pretty hard. We told the gentleman helping us exactly what we could afford and what we expected as a monthly payment. After awhile of going back and forth we finally got things worked out to a reasonable price. It did take awhile to get a straight answer, but once we settled on a deal everything was smooth sailing. Everyone on the Crown Honda team was polite and respectful. I did read some of the other reviews and we did NOT come across any rude associates. Our salesman Bill was nice and did his best to accommodate our needs. Ryan Rhodes was also great to work with and has a very genuine character. I would recommend Crown Honda to someone who is in the market for buying a new car. I will say though, that you have to understand that you're buying a car, it's not going to be easy at first, but once you get in there and start talking, you can come out feeling great.

STAY AWAY! We found out the hard way-
We understand dealerships can be shady,this was above+beyond what we were expecting.
*WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS HONDA PLACE AS LONG AS THAT MANAGER IS THERE +AS LONG AS THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY TREATED US.
here is the short version:
We were,bullied by,lied to, and yelled at by their incredibly rude stumpy stocky bald white,shaved head,manager who looked like he was in his mid 30s-From the 1st moment we saw him he was rude.
*ended up making a deal on the Insight,after researching invoice price(around $22,100)we offered $23,300. which their MSRP was $23,265 but they were asking over at, $25,012 and would not budge.We felt we were well informed on the car,how much to pay and because people are not buying things now due to the economy,felt we could get a good deal.Once we made our offer the salesman Mike got his Manager who came out and basically asked if we were crazy,and said things and yelled things like,
"Do YOU watch the news?! you know there was a big tidal wave in Japan? ALL HYBRIDS ARE MADE IN JAPAN" which is a lie, I told him "hyundi makes their hybrids in Alabama Korea and China not Japan so we had other choices," he laughed in my face like i was crazy and said that "I hadn't done my research" and that we "were not prepared"
*they try to add on things that you do NOT need,they call 1 of these,"1st place finish" say that you have to pay for it because they waxed your new that should already look nice and new, and then for 3years after that when they say you can, go get your car detailed inside and out, at their honda dealerships, and even if you tell them you do NOT want it and will NEVER use it, they say "oh we already waxed your car so you have to pay for it or else you can't buy the car." That is what their RUDE manager and the sales person Mike told us.-they also try to offer all those extra warranties you don't need and also got mad and yelled at us for not getting them-Got the car after we were yelled at all night only because it was our 1st time buying and my boyfriend really wanted it-

If you are in the market for a used Honda DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CROWN HONDA of GREENSBORO!!!! They do a makeshift job that will last just long enough to be outside of the warranty on the vehicles and then excuse themselves out of what REALLY happened. I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic LX in 2008 and it was a "Honda Certified" vehicle, since my purchase the engine is misfiring (I get ALL of the regular maintenance), the driver's side visor fell in my lap, there are cigarette burns that they put putty and paint over so when I got the car detailed the paint and putty showed. FINALLY, they sold me the car with the wrong size tires and rims and when I spoke to the manager he gave me some crap about it being okay and not truly affecting the sale. So I want to say thank you (sarcastically) to Joe Herbin and all of the leadership and mechanics of CROWN HONDA of GREENSBORO!! You guys really know how to SCREW someone over... Just know that "what you make happen for others will happen for you..."

My wife and I are currently in the market for a Honda Certified used vehicle. After taking back and forth with Angela Obi (who is great I might add), we decided to purchase a vehicle from Crown Honda of Greensboro through her. Unfortunately, she wasn't available the day we were ready to purchase a vehicle. So after talking with her over the phone, she recommended doing business with Mr. Joe Herbin. I can truly say he is the ONLY reason why we did not purchase a vehicle from them. First, he made us wait about 30 minutes before he even met with us. Then he was rude and very hard to work with. My wife and I was willing to put down a down payment of nearly 50% of the asking pricing, and sign the paper on the spot if he was willing to negotiate the price only slightly. He stated that he didn't set the prices, and that's up to the manger. After asking him numerous times to take my offer to the manger, he was unwilling to. Later in the the discuss, these exact works words came out of his mouth, "I'm only making half the commission on this sell" (due to us being Angela's customers). That goes to show that his unwillingness to work out anything was due to not making full profit on the deal. To end the discuss he stated that I was "wasting his time, and I could be doing something else". Before he finish he's statement, I nicely interrupted him with a handshake and walked to my current vehicle and left.

Like I said before, Angela was great and I'm very disappointed that my experienced with her will be overshadowed by my experienced with Mr. Herbin. Normally after experiences like this I would advise people to stay away, but due to my experience with Angela I would recommend if you go to Crown Honda of Greensboro to work with her.

When I was looking to purchase a car, I went into this dealership to ask some questions. I felt like the saleman was trying to be overly pushy and I didn't stay long. He did however get my email and since then my inbox has been filled with continued request to come see new inventory or to check out different sales.

When I was looking to purchase a car, I went into this dealership to ask some questions. I felt like the saleman was trying to be overly pushy and I didn't stay long. He did however get my email and since then my inbox has been filled with continued request to come see new inventory or to check out different sales.

I felt like all they see is a sale with $$$

I'm a 19 year old female, and I'm kinda upset about my trip to crown honda.. right now I drive a 1998 acura and I was going to buy a new car, but the minute I stepped onto the lot I knew it was a mistake. The sales man, was very rude, and treated me like a child. Now I know I'm only 19, but thats not a reason to treat me like a child. I had the money, way more than enough buy a car, but he just did not believe that I could buy a car.. I wanted the new civic but all I got to drive was an old used 2004 Honda Accord.. If I were you I wouldnt go to the Crown Honda in Greensboro. Next time I'll make the trip to Fayetteville to buy my car

When looking to have your Honda serviced, look no further! Upon walking into the service area, you are immediately greeted. The customer service is over the top. The waiting area is stocked with free coffe, tea and doughnuts. A separate childrens room equipped with a television, tables and chairs and toys and is located off of the waiting area. Wait time is minimal and the quality is excellent!

This loctionn is not bad to stop in a browse. I was surprise at the used slection of vehicles. I wasn't harrassed by salesmen/women, however I was expecting more out of this location. Overall not a bad place to browse.
