I have been seeing Dr Walker on a weekly basis since 1991, that is a very long time indeed so I feel that I am well prepared to give a review. He is both a knowledgeable physician and a truly kind and caring person. I have always been treated with the upmost respect, even when I wasn't a particularily nice person to be around. I found that he is available to me whenever I have needed him to be, if his office was closed his answering service contacted him and he returned my calls in a timely fashion. He is quite knowledgeable in pharmocalogy and he has worked very hard to find a medication combination that worked for me. (no easy trick since we have found that I am allergic to most meds and unresponsive to many others) Although as someone has previously posted he is getting on in years I have not found that to be a problem. The only problem his age presents is that he will wind up retiring too soon for my liking. I personally have never had any problems with his office staff. PROS: excellent MD, caring and competent support staff. CONS: none that I am aware of

I've been a patient on and off for over 10 years of Dr Walker. When I need his assistance, he remembers who I am, and I can easily and quickly get in to see him. The office staff is not particularly good or bad, but does get messages to the doctors in a timely fashion.

Dr. Walker is good but the office staff is incompetent.
They wrote my credit card number incorrectly then sent my account to a nasty collections agency for their billing mistake and then tried to blame me! The one day I went there the office phones had been out all morning. The desk person wrote down my credit card information because they could not process payments. Two months later I start getting daily recorded messages at home and at work about an "urgent case". I contacted the number only to be told that they were a collections agency working on a $270 bill from Gonzalez Walker and Webb. So I hung up with the nasty collections guy and called the Dr's office only to be told by the office person that they sent my account to a collections agency because she could not run the card I gave them because the credit card number she had written down was wrong. When I asked her why didn't she didn't try to contact me she said "we sent you a bill but it was returned by the post office as having the wrong address" when I asked her what address she had sent the bill to she paused and said that they had removed my address from their system! When I asked her why the collection agency had my home phone number, my office phone number, my cell phone number and my home address she didn't answer. I will never go there for anything again!

Dr Walker is the best doctor I have ever been to in my 20 years of needing help. I would trust him with my life, and I can tell you personally what a difference his help has given my life. He has given me hope and health and happiness again. Don't listen to anyone that just likes to get on here and blabbermouth and be a goofball, this doctor is highly top rated, has been in business for many years and is a literal life saver!
I won't go anywhere else!!

I had the worse experience with them especially Dr. Walker and with the exeption of Dr. everson she is the only good doctor "working at the wrong office". The whole staff is bad especially the after hours receptionist (male)! the doctors I spoke with on the phone including Dr. Webb are very rude, ungrateful, careless, and they will make you sicker instead. They do not care about your condition they just like to MEDICATE you in order to play with your mind as if you are a puppet. They treated me with great disrespect, rudeness, and as if I am just an obstacle or an ATM machine to them. They overcharged me, the male doctors look very old in age which probably explains the disrespect toward patients and because they know patients are sick they can play with them like puppets. I spent three hours calling these "sickos" bcuz they have prescribed a medication that totally threw me out of balance and made me feel horrible, I could not drive or speak, and the receptionist guy kept hanging up the calls, how poor, and pathetic of a behavior is that and for a "doctor" not to even care to call back. They probably get their licenses outside the US, then go out and practice only for the money and make everyone else as sick as they are! if you have a concious DO NOT SEE THESE DOCTORS, THEY WILL SEND YOU TO THE GRAVE!

Cons: LACK OF SERVICE, LACK OF PRACTICE, LACK OF CONCERN, LACK OF MANNERS, AND MUCH MORE NEGATIVE BEHAVIORS
