Dave from Jet-A-tub was doing warrany work on our spa. We called him in Sept of 08 he would not come out and
look at the spa stated he knew what was wrong with it. My husband who is an electrician told him it was the mother
board. Dave told me he was going to order the part he needed. In Nov of "08" Tried calling him and he would not
return my calls. So I called the company of were we bought the spa I was told they would call Dave and see what

was going on. Dave called stated he had the part. We schedule a time for him to come out and instill the part.
Wouldn;t you know it he had ORDERED THE WRONG PART it was the mother board. Dave told me there would be
no charge (85.00 because I dont live far from him) So part finally comes in Dave comes today 4/3/09 to install the part
and charges us $190.00. If you use this guy watch that he doesn;t rip you off.

Jet-a-tub advertises on their truck that they repair all kinds of equipment ? including Jacuzzi. I needed assistance on a unit, and called the number found on their vehicle. After having a discussion with the owner (Dave), I was informed that they could fix a problem that I was having with the motor.

My hot tub uses a standard 110 house current. Jet-a-tub took my hot tub circulating motor, and had it refurbished. Four weeks later, they came back and installed my rebuilt motor.

As it turned out, what they installed was a unit that was trying to pull 46 amps from a 110 house line. The circuit kept on popping. After several calls to them for assistance, I had to call in an electrician who diagnosed the amperage problem and then attempted to work with Jet a tub in order to get it fixed.

Jet a tub was extremely rude to the electrician, and told him off. They hung up on him after the electrician apologized for trying to assist. We were present for the entire conversation and got the permission of Jet-a-tub to talk to the electrician. The electrician was very professional.

We called back jet-a-tub and spoke to dave who was extremely rude to us ( his customer ). After trying to work with him, we fired him on the spot.

Dave called back several times ? so we fired him again. We finally told him not to call back. We told him that we were writing up this experience so that no other consumers would get burned.

Don?t let this company or this guy anywhere near your spa, hot tub, or bath tub as they have no clue what they are doing. We could have had a house fire. I wonder if their insurance was good enough to cover the damage. We plan on going to file a complaint with the appropriate license office so they can warn others of their inability to perform.
