My experience at City Kia has been terrific. My dealer Pierre got me a great deal on a new car that is perfect for my budget. I will recommend City Kia to everyone I know who is looking for a new car and a great car buying experience. Thank you Pierre and the City Kia staff.

We came to check Greater Orlando City Kia for what deal you guys could do for us. On the way to Kia West, which we felt very uneasy about the price and monthly payment. John Arroyo sat us down and explained everything. 0 down monthly payment lowered. We saved about $10,000 or maybe more we felt very comfortable and stress-free. Very glad with doing business with City Kia. Sorry Kia West we went with the better DEAL! John Arroyo is an outstanding salesman who knows his cars! :)

??I Recommend City KIA.? Those words have never been spoken by me before regarding any dealership. And this is my 6th new car experience. When asked to rate my experience from 1 to 10 (being best) I answered with an ??11.? Nothing could have been done to make my experience better. I absolutely got everything I wanted. This is the first time I have every written such a review and my 2012 Rio EX still continues to impress me.

I wanted to take an opportunity to let you know the outstanding
service I received from Tony, my Service Advisor, during my service
visit recently. I had an intermittent problem with my optima sx
losing turbo power at cold start up. He was very helpful in making it
convenient to bring the vehicle in for service. Once they duplicated
the problem, he got me a loaner vehicle and had the issue fixed by the
next morning. Very courteous and professional, and more importantly,
he makes it easy to do business with you guys. Thanks so much for the
hassle free, quick and outstanding service experience!!! This car is
a blast :-)

I contact the dealer on Monday and Talked to Jeremy. I wanted to be sure if I came in from Kissimmee on the bus that I would be leaving in a vehicle. Jeremy guaranteed that this would happen. Came in today(Wednesday) I was looking at 3 different models and Jeremy was able to get me into a new Kia Forte with no pressure and held to his promise. He was very concerned and was more than willing to ensure I would get a good vehicle to fit my needs. After filling out all the paperwork, he was able to get a clear idea of what vehicle I could get and picked out a very nice one. I was totally impressed with his service and professionalism. Even the Finance specialist Dustin was quick and to the point and kept my monthly payments right within my requested range. This dealership has an easy going and relaxed environment as you could see how all the personnel there had huge smiles and always talked to you while you were waiting. I would never go to Kia of Orlando because they tell you one thing on the phone and then cannot keep their promise. City Kia is just the opposite. What they tell you on the phone is the truth and do not push you into buying something you do not want. I have been buying cars for many years and by far this has been the nest experience I have had with a dealership and Jeremy was a model to all over sales personnel to follow.
We would like to thank you again for your patience and attention to our needs. We enjoyed this car buying experience. We chose to do business with you from our first visit, because you were so calm, cool, and collected. You never once pushed us in any way. If you had been the stereotypical ??pushy salesman?, you would have never seen us again! We will recommend you to anyone we come across, who might be in the market for a vehicle. By the way, we love the car! I couldn??t be happier. See you soon.
Henry was very friendly. He sold me on the Sorento. Couldn??t help but buy it!
I just bought my new Kia Optima and I am very happy with it. My sales guy Chad was great. If it wasn't for him i would it never bought it there. Some of the loan managers are not polite and very pushy,
I give chad a 10 for patience dealing with me for the past six months. He got the deal I want it ...so I am happy.....Thank you Chad.
Thank u for an outstanding customer service. I visited Kia for my 11k service. Douglas greeted me and took care of me in a professional prompt manner. He is an asset to Kia
If I get the survey, it will be all positive. I don't know whose idea it was to put a couple of hardback chairs in your waiting room, but I want to salute them. Not everyone is comfortable sitting on soft sofas. Thanks a bunch. PS. a blessed 2012 to all!!!
Everything was a hassle from day 1!
I had trouble purchasing the car, then i was back there almost everyday cuz the car kept giving me trouble but i didnt think it was anything serious cuz i trusted them.
The same car malfunctioned on me and almost killed me!!!!
The same person who sold me the car started calling n harrasing me!! And even told me that he didnt care if the car almost killed me cuz that wasnt his problem
All I'm going to say is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I DON'T CARE HOW NICE THEY LOOK ON THE COMMERCIAL, IT'LL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF UR LIFE!
We went to City Kia and selected a 2012 Kia Forte for our 18 year old son. This was his first car. The initial meeting with the sales rep was good and everyone there was happy and excited about the purchase of our new car. However, after leaving the office that day thinking that every thing would be taken care of in regard to the financing things started turning south. We left that weekend to go out of town and to our surprise we began getting phone calls from our sales rep stating that we didn't supply them with the information they needed to complete the financing and that the deal was about to fall through if he didn't hear back from us. Of course, hearing this message while you are out of town creates some anxiety. So, in an effort to once again supply them with the information they needed i sent one of the documents via fax from the hotel we were at and emailed the rest once i returned back to town. Then i received another phone call saying, once again, they never received our documents, so with my proof in hand i had to make a trip to City Kia to personally hand them the documents. I expressed that i was not happy about the "Fear Factor" treatment i had been receiving and that they should get their act together. I even went as far as to report this to the general manager there and the only response i received back from him was that he received my email and the sales rep would contact me if they required further information. No apology, nothing. How unprofessional. I work in a customer service industry and that response to one of our customers would have never taken place. What happened to customer satisfaction? Long story short, today is October 5th, 2011 and we have been dealing with this financing situation for going on three weeks. I finally called them again today and they confirmed that the financing was taken care of and even acted shocked when i told them that no one had called to notify me. We love the car but dealing with the people that work there was not a treat by a longshot. I will not purchase another vehicle through them. Go to another Kia dealership. Don't go here.
After driving all the way from Jacksonville to look at the car we saw advertised, we met with the salesperson and mgr who were not very interested in making a deal with us and at the time we had a trade in. We returned home, sold the car on our own for DOUBLE what they offered for our Ford Explorer. After having cash on hand we decided to call them and make a cash offer on the Lexus we were looking at. They never called back the same night like they said, but did call next day. They called back next day and we made a deal, gave them a $500 deposit on credit card via phone and they said they would pull it around back and hold it unitl Saturday when we would come and do the paperwork. Well today, the very next day they call us and told us they sold our car! The same car that we put a deposit on and was supposed to be off the selling lot. They had no apologies or anything! They had no explanation other then we can help you look for soomething else!
Thirty days ago I purchased a van at City KIA. They told me that I was approved and that all I had to do was to sign the paper work. I asked them about the mileage paper that you have to sign and they said don't worry about it, you are approved. I got them all the paperwork exactly when I promised. I used the car to visit my mom who was dying of brain cancer. Two days after she passed away I got a call from some credit company asking me all kinds of questions about the car. I called the dealership to see what was going on and they said they missed the deadline and that since they had put the deal out to so many banks that my credit had dropped. The General Manager Bill Dell told us that he was sorry but that we had to put more money down and that our payments were going to be much higher. After speaking with my husband we decided to bring the car back and to go somewhere else. We were told to bring the car back and that they would give us back our money. We told Bill Dell that we were expecting to get our down payment back as that was our only way to get another car. He told us that he had to charge .50 cents a mile over the 25 miles a day that they allowed the car to have. We brought the car back and left it in the same condition we received it. We were told by Hugo once he took the odometer reading verifying the mileage that usually the dealership only charges .15-.25 cents a mile and that we could pick the check up the next day. We drove back down there today and went to Bill Dell the manager. He looked right into my eyes and told me that I owed him money. He told me that within those papers that they had me sign that I had to pay 1.00 a mile over the allotted mileage. I couldn't believe that he had lied to me and even asked me to come back in to pick up the check! We worked so hard for that money. We now have basically nothing to put down on a car and we feel completely violated. It made me so angry and hurt that this business would steal our money and lie. I told Bill that I was not leaving until he gave me back my money and he told me that he didn't care. He looked me right in the eyes and told me a lie. All I could do was tell all the customers there that they were making a big mistake trusting this dealership and that this dealership was crooked. This was the most horrible experience I had ever had with a car dealership in my life. I have purchased many cars in the past. We have purchased very expensive cars as well as very inexpensive cars and have never been treated like this before. I want so bad to go and stand outside the dealership and hold signs telling the public what the dealership did. All I can say is the feeling was much like the feeling I had when I was a teenager and my purse was stolen. I remember the horrible feeling of being violated and taken advantage of. I know that God will provide for us as He always has but for those of you who are looking for a car I hope you read this before you get taken advantage of. I am certain this is not the first time this has happened because throughout this entire process I heard at least two other people having similar problems with their finance company. They have so many cars being returned due to their lack of organization. I believe that they really are making a business out of renting the cars out and charging customers the most outrageous price for the rental with the customers even being aware of it until it is too late. What a scam they have going on. Our sales manager told us that he keeps seeing cars being returned on a daily basis. If you are one of those people please write up a review to save others from this horrible experience.
I went to this dealership today. There salesman tried muscle me with price, like i didn't already no what the uplander was worth since my brother-in law is a GM for a Chevy dealership up north in Phily. This was going to be a cash sale. I will never do business with this dealership and since I'm a business owner will never recommend your dealer to NOBODY! I went to another dealer with 2008 uplander with 13000 miles less then yours and was in a lot better shape. The dealership treated with respect and they worked with me and guess what sold the uplander for a lot less then the pricing games the salesman wanted pull on me today. If I could give Zero stars for this dealership I would....... a real bad place!
Kia West treat people with respect!
Have a nice day Kia West of Orlando at your parking lot dealership!
