I rate this company 5 stars!! I bought my laptop from them approximately 1 year ago. Not being too tech savvy , I returned several times for instructions and they were always courteous and helpful. Recently, my computer's warranty expired 1 month previous to a problem with my computer of not being able to shut down. They again were understanding of the situation and at no charge they fixed the problem and I picked the computer up the next day. I certainly would recommend them for service and repairs. I am in the healthcare field and use my computer extensively for my work. Sharon Smith RN

Took my computer in in Early May 2010. Called several times. Finally called in mid June and the manager said they had been real busy and had not had time to check the lap. Called back in August and they had sold the lap. Not an email or a call. Come on...These guys are theives.

I called in ahead of time and spoke to some sales clerk named Johnathan as i was told later by another sales clerk that works there...anyways he told me the tech was out for the day and that i should just come in on saturday and ask him for the part myself so the next day i drive all the way down from north tampa and the tech is not there i was told by the clerk she could order the part for me or i could comeback monday so i come back monday and the tech is in the hospital and the sales clerk just blows off my question and overall just a waste of gas and time with no type of customer service even after being originally told they have the part will never waste my time with these guys again...fail

From the moment I walked in I could tell this was different from other places. Brightly lit, lots of computers, everything was organized, I travel allot and I have always preferred going to the smaller independent stores as opposed to the retail chain stores, and I can say 100% this is one of the nicest computer stores I have been in, They are usually gray and dark with broken computers all over the place and guy you are not so sure you want touching your computer behind the counter. Everyone there was super friendly and there prices seemed great.

I took my laptop to another computer store and was told I had to replace my motherboard for cost of $455 I said no and went thru a huge hassle to get it back. When I did get it the laptop back it was not even put completely back together completely. I took it to PCG just to get the data backed up and they called me and told me they had looked at the laptop and the only thing it needed was a new internal power jack and the cost was around $125. I told them I had already purchased a new laptop so they did the data backup for free and gave me $150 for my old laptop. Man I wish I would have gone to them in the first place.

Cons: they need to open a store closer to my house in New Tampa
