WOW! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to SB Spa today. The facility is beautiful, clean, relaxing.
All of the staff made me feel very welcome. My Facial by Vanessa was heavenly and my massage from Yvette was fantastic!
I highly recommend you visit, I cant wait to go back!

We took 2 spa packages with massage and facial etc. The facial was very nice and enjoyable. The massage
was really... EXACTLY what I needed. I just disappeared into the warmth of one of their private rooms, into the rising smell of lavendar, and recovered at the end of an hour feeling that each of my muscles had been awakened and gently. My manicure was amazing and lasted for two entire weeks - this with bright red nails. The service was fantastic and the wax treatment they did at the end left my hands feeling super soft.

After waxing regularly for over a year, I decided to venture out to the best rated spa in the South Tampa, SB SPA, to see what all the hype was about. The environment was cozy, and the staff was pleasant. After we got started, I noticed that the wax was being left on much longer than normal and that it was hardening before being removed. I asked about it, and Brenda informed me about the type of waxing they use and how in hardening, brazilian waxing is MUCH less painful--very true.

As a long time spa user, I was thrilled to finally find a world class spa in Tampa Bay. I have been to both of this spa's locations and am hooked. I was so impressed that I recently arranged a "Day at the Spa" for a group of 12 and a great time was had by all. We started off with Sauna and steam rooms then had a one hour massage. Next we where served lunch on the great gazebos and finished up with manicure and pedicures. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable and the place is absolutely beautiful.

I've been to spas all over the city, and after going here I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The therapists have always been top-notch. The spa area was very serene - a place you can completely relax and forget about your worries. But the real kicker is the Wet Room. After a long day or week, nothing beats spending a couple hours there. It's maximum relaxation!

My husband and I went here together and had a fabulous experience! From the moment you enter, you know you're in for elegance, and class, you will have the feeling that you have left Tampa and traveled to an exotic location for your spa treatment. Last week, I attended SB Spa with some of my closest friends (a bride and bridesmaids), and was blown away by the experience. I saw some nice pictures online, and was impressed by the list of services offered. We decided it looked like a great place to spend the day to relax with our excited and nervous bride-to-be. We were offered cold beverages and were able to slip out to enjoy a wonderful lunch on a cute patio. We were all impressed with the facility and the aesthetician, and would highly recommend it to anyone. We celebrated a new phase of a friend's life and will always have that in our memories

Have yo had your spa treatment today? This is Tampa's largest day spa and nicest I might add. They offer relaxing European influenced treatments. They facials, pedicures and manicures are absolutely wonderful. This is also de perfect gift to treat a loved one to a day at the spa

I can only relax at a spa in which I feel comfortable, clean, and safe, and SB Spa has really raised the bar. This spa is very upscale in quality, spacious and cost, but can you really put a value on relaxation and peace of mind? One peace of advice: take a deep breath when you walk through the door; the smells of lavender and oils are amazing.

It truly is my personal get away!: If I had to sum it up briefly I would say that I love the people there and I really enjoy my facials and hot stone massages. The staff members make me feel special and I noticed whether it is a new guest or a veteran like me we all are made to feel comfortable and our needs are met.

I've never experienced such a wonderful massage. I could actually feel years of stress and tension leaving my body. A very professional, clean environment with a personal touch. The prices are very reasonable, which adds even more to an already relaxing session.

I exceeded the limit on words for this fabulous place. I visited SB Spa over the weekend and the atmosphere was great, the receptionist was great and my Swedish massage with Ricky was excellent. I had the best experience. I have been to many spas in many cities and this city spa was excellent.

Wow: This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a spa. The SB rituals and products they used for my facial, massage, and nails left me feeling and looking amazing. The staff is extra friendly and I was able to rest and relax in their relaxation area with complimentary wine, tea and fruit.

I was in Tampa for a wedding and happened to find SB Spa on Citysearch. They were able to get me in for a pedicure and besides the wedding, it was the best part of my trip. The environment is very welcoming and relaxing. My kansas city winter feet were in dire need of som pampering and they really got it. Two weeks later my pedicure still looks great. Highly recommended!

Extremely relaxing, exemplary service and the treatments was out of this world! The couples massage in the gazebo and ensuing treatments lasted only an hour or so but the calming and relaxing benefits will stay with us for weeks.

It was my first time to a spa. I had my make up done and enjoyed having it done by Sara - she was very lovely. I loved the atmosphere and loved the wet room! Everyone and everything was superb. Very relaxing and everyone was so pleasant! It has been a wonderful experience.

I strongly recommend this Day Spa to everyone. They Make you feel right at home. Very down to earth. My husband and I got a massage and was soooooo relaxing that we are ready to go for another session, we are even thinking on signing up to their Spa membership, something I've never seen before, you can get a massage or facial on a monthly basis. We work so hard that we definitely deserve a massage once a month.
The facility is very clean and elegant. I give this a 5 STAR......

If your looking for serious deep tissue Caroline is your girl. I have been to many therapist over the years and have lived with painful neck and shoulder issues. I was needing someone with a more clinical approach and I finally found her. Caroline is not your standard relaxation therapist. She will get you out of pain. All you need to do is tell her whats bothering you and she gets right to the problem. I have been so happy since I started seeing her. I make my appointments ahead of time so I always know I will get in on her schedule. Give her a try you wont be disappointed.

I have been an absolute wreck planning my wedding and of course needed pampering before my big day. This spa is absolutely gorgeous, right when you walk in to your service(s), I could not be more relaxed. I just had my first facial at SB Health and Beauty Spa, I wish I hadn't waited so long! I've just heard horror stories about other places and was afraid to have one done since I have sensitive skin. Sara was great and very professional, she walked me through what she was exactly doing, she told me how to even care for my face and what I should and shouldn't do. I will be going back very soon. Great staff too!

I have been going to the SB Health & Beauty Spa for facials for many years. Sara is absolutely the best -- you will not get a better treatment anywhere -- not in L.A. or NY, not on a luxury cruise ship, not at a 4-star resort. Sara works on your face for the entire time of the treatment and does not abandon his clients to steam or hot towels. Totally amazing.

I can't say enough about the endermologie at SBSpa. Sara is an expert, she knows her stuff and will explain to you every anatomical function that is happening to you while receiving endermologie and why it is getting rid of cellulite. I am so impressed. I tried mesotherapy, that was a waste of time, I had liposuction, that made it worse, I have had only 6 treatments by Sara and the results are obvious. I've been to other spas in Tampa, but no other technician knows her stuff like Sara does. I love the way I 'm going to look, and I am no longer afraid to be in a bathing suit. I can't brag enough about this spa. It's a beautiful place, very serene, SBSpa is my favorite spa of all. Thank you.

I went to relax and rejuvenate, and this spa totally exceeded my expectations. A truly tranquil environment, from the calming room to each exotic treatment. They offer a diverse selection of services, and the hot stone massage was definitely a favorite of mine. I also highly recommend their facials, a thoroughly pampering experience.

I planned a bridal shower for 8 of my friends. Planning this thing was a piece of cake! Bianca, the party coordinator called me and emailed me throughout the planning to make sure we were all getting what we needed. We had the best time and the party was a huge success. Overall, the massages and facials were very relaxing. Vanessa did my facial and I have already pre-booked for another one! Thanks to everyone there who made our experience wonderful!

I have been to an upscale spa before (in WA) but my experience at SB Health & Beauty Spa was SPECTACULAR! If so I will be frequenting the spa much more often. Well worth the splurge every few months! If you are going to be in the Tampa area I would HIGHLY recommend going to this spa...even if it's just for a massage. After your treatment (massage, facial, etc) you are welcome to enjoy the Sauna, Steam Room, Whirlpool, Spectacular showers, and more! They have the men & women spa areas separated so even if you don't have a swimsuit it's no problem. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips...robes, slippers, towels, lockers, (for the showers). I know what will be on Valentine?s list....a gift certificate to the SB Spa!
