I have to disagree with these reviews. First off can you say spell check hunny. You sound more ignorant then the people you are tring to rate. The only one sounding "GHETT0" here is you. I have been to this facility on several occaions from my nails to massages to even dental work. The staff in the dental office is pleasant and wonderful. They are polite and willing to assist you with anything you need help with. The staff at the spa is thorough and understanding of your needs. The personnel are all nice and far from "GHETT0". The owner to both businesses is a wonderful well achieved WOMAN. I will continue to go to this facility and recommend this spa to all.

I was At this "Spa" a few days ago and the expirence .. how can I say MMM ...was nasty I dont know how someone can have a "relaxing spa" and a dental office together .Well a crazy dental office, they were more than 25 patients in the office babys crying, laud people talking on the phone and the receptionist they are Laud and GETTO....my nails oh men Im all ready missing 5 nails and i just went like 4 days ago they call them the prizma nails, thats the worst nails i have ever had. and I dont know how they do massages in that place that I cant call a " SPA " they give me a tour and in that thiny room i doubt that 2 peaople can fit.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Granted, I've only had one experience (this afternoon, actually) at Mishalz and it was a "spa pedicure", but that one experience is all that I needed to determine that I would never again return. As I sit here writing this review, it has already been 1 1/2 hours since my pedicure and not only have my cuticles and surrounding skin been polished, but the lacquer has yet to dry! Needless to say that the products used by this establishment are not top-of-the-line. This is by far the very worst $40 (before tip) pedicure that I have had in my life! Furthermore, the owner of the spa is also a dentist who operates her dental office within the same building with no separate reception area between the so-called spa and the dental office. There is absolutely nothing relaxing about that! But what's worse is that there is absolutely no "spa" atmosphere about this place. It is run down, the ambience leaves much to be desired, and the reception staff (albeit the dental staff) is quite boisterous and insist on enjoying their "reggaeton" music at full blast from their small two-way radio. Michelle Charles (the dentist-owner) may have had all good intentions when she decided to open a "day spa", but it is my sincere opinion that she should stick with dentistry and cease and desist charging $40 for pedicures. Surely, any consumer with a bit of dedication could do a far better job than the half-effort that went into my toes this afternoon at Mishalz Day Spa. Never Again!

Pros: The nail tech/dental hygienist who did my pedicure was very nice and conversational.

Cons: The quality of products used and work done left much to be desired.
