I had the same problem. I told them I was bring channel 13 down for a store about how they were treating me and my bike.I told this this was going to take place on the grand opening of there new store and the frist day of bike week. I had my bike fixed and return in two days. I never really had news 13 lined up.

I purchased a new harley from them in June of this year. I had a minor accident (under 15mph) and it had to come in for fixing (insurance claim). It needed a few new things, not once did Seminole Harley ever call me to let me know whats going on, I had to call them. It was in there over a month and I never once got a call, I had to call them to get status. I had to contact Geico to get answers from them and now September the bike still is not correct. It has 400 miles on it, the handle bars are cockeyed, it goes 10-15 mph in 1st gear with no throttle applied and my cable connections are wiggly loose on the throttle and brake. I get ""thats normal"" from service and seems to be blown off every time I ask them to fix it. Cost was never an issue, even time was never an issue. I will never service or return my bike here for any matter ever again nor will I ever by another bike from Seminole Harley. I am taking it to a real shop who knows what the hell they are doing and gives a crap about the customer for a change.

You cannot look at and compare the bikes without a salesperson tagging along. No prices on the bikes and they will NOT let you have access to the pricelist. I am still not happy with this dealership from the days when they were in Fern Park and charged THOUSANDS over msrp and tried to justify it using supply and demand and ""everyone else is price gouging, why shouldn't we"" ? Large selection of bikes and accessories and also very high prices to go with it.

You cannot look at and compare the bikes without a salesperson tagging along. No prices on the bikes and they will NOT let you have access to the pricelist. Our purchases were not totally based on price but on loyalty to the HOG club sponsored by this dealership. Ed Burbach the general manager does NOT return calls or meet with dealership customers. Currently there is a list of 30 HOG members/customers that have requested a meeting with Ed Burbach. Mr. Burbach will not return calls. Seminole Harley Davidson DOES NOT follow the Harley motto, does not have customer service and does not have the best prices.
