Edible Arrangements

Order canceled by owner of the store because she would not honor coupon that the corporate website accepted during payment. $5 National Coupon. I used the same coupon 2 days earlier in CA sending an arrangement. When I questioned if this was due to the amount or failure on the corporate website of poor business practice the owner canceled my order and then wished me a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Subsequent phone call did not offer an apology nor questioned if there was anything to resolve to make situation good on both parties part. Owner stated she was too busy to deal with issue and did not need my business. Called corporate office and they stated that because it was accepted at website store should have honored the order as I had already paid. Again, CA store was good service - Sorry can't say the same for Venice Store. Oh and just in case - Port Charlotte store location owned by the same rude person. I didn't ask for anything free - $70 for chopped fruit, $5 coupon - helped cover $12 delivery, One hour spent on phone after being treated rudely - Not "Priceless" but "Poor". Do yourself a favor call a florist and send a fruit basket don't deal with a fruitcake retailer!
